Its better to just replace the headband , it only requires 2 wires to be de-soldered and soldered again.

true, but for a replacement cushion you have to disassemble all the headphones one side and I don't think it's worth it.

They do sell the part new for like 8$ but you have to disassemble and resolder the headphones since the cable goes through the headband. I bought this cover for 7$ I hope it will be a good fix.
