Hello and welcome to this first trimester meditation. Pregnancy in the first trimester can be tiring and sometimes anxiety provoking but with these early pregnancy affirmations you will feel calm, relaxed and positive. Listen to this first trimester pregnancy meditation as often as you can during your first trimester. Pregnancy affirmations are powerful and the more you listen to positive pregnancy affirmations the more beneficial they will become. Before listening to this first trimester meditation, make sure you are in a quiet room, that you are comfortable and warm enough and will not be disturbed. The best time to listen to this first trimester meditation is in the morning to ground you for the day ahead, before a nap or before going to bed at night. I hope that you enjoy your first trimester of pregnancy and that you enjoy listening to this first trimester meditation and the 1st trimester affirmations.

I hope that you enjoy this first trimester meditation. Early pregnancy can be tough but by taking time out to relax and calm your mind and body can help to relieve any first trimester stress or challenging symptoms. You might even want to write out some 1st trimester positive affirmations and display them around your home to help boost feelings of calm and confidence as you journey through your first trimester. I got to know the value of this meditation only when i stoped it for 3days. I am in my 1st trimester. My mood swings are peaking. Always felt like crying. When i do this meditation, i feel so calm and happy. Just enjoying this. Thank you

I’ve looked all over KZfaq for good pregnancy meditation. Your voice is the only one I can listen to and truly feel relaxed! Hoping some meditation can calm my fears during this first trimester after 2 miscarriages. ❤️ Can I request a meditation track specific for a pregnancy after loss?

NOTE TO SELF: Never listen to this before bed. There are long pauses and when she speaks again, you'll be jarred awake and never get back to sleep. NOTE TO ANJA: You are amazing!! You even state at the beginning that it's best to listen to in the morning or during the day. I'm loving this first trimester series and listening to a different video each night before bed. In fact, this one is incredible! I'll just need to heed your advice about listening to it early instead of late. Also, thank you so much for making these! They're the absolute best pregnancy meditations I've been able to find.
