The last doctor I listened to, said to drink 6 cups of coffee everyday

I’m dead meat. How much water is enough? I should have NEVER taken the shot.

I had Hyponatremia while my Exercise Physiologist was telling me to increase my water intake! Thank god I double checked his advice. He’s no longer my exercise physiologist.

Hello Dr. I recently had a visit to the ER with a family member who had a panic attack which I believe was induced by hyponatremia. It was so severe that he asked to be helped mentally. He was treated with an IV initially 4 days ago and the hospital has not been monitoring his Urine or blood. When I visited him tonight he was beginning to be anxious and similar to the night of the episode. If normalized how long does it take for signs of a hyponatremia to return? He feels thirsty and is continuously needing electrolytes.
