Hello!
Today's video is a lovely (longer!) pelvic floor restorative flow. Lots of you have said you've been enjoying the longer flows, so here is another one for you. I've also added in some ball work as this is definitely a fave for lots of you!
You need to be confident in your hypopressives breath work, foundational and advanced poses before trying this video as it's an advanced hypopressives sequence.
Take 20 minutes for your pelvic floor and enjoy this beautiful sequence of hypopressives poses with me.

Question please... When putting pressure on the ball, am I also holding my pelvic floor? As I would normally eg in a bridge. So when doing the hypopressivebreath in these posses am I also holding the pelvic floor? I've done most of the beginner videos, so am familiar with the basics. Thank you! :)

Hello! I don't cue a conscious pelvic floor contraction during hypopressives (or with the ball work) - it will contract naturally during each exhale and rib stretch, so you don't need to add in a conscious contraction 👍🏻
