Just treat it the same as any other vehicle. Stick to the maintenance schedule or even a little sooner than recommended. Depending on your style of driving and lengths of distance

@@owensautotips they are held in separate reservoirs aren't they? Both dot 4? How often would you recommend the clutch fluid be changed on these?

@carlsgarage2023 older Hyundais have separate bottles. New Hyundais are one reservoir. Brake fluid is every 2 years or 20k miles on Hyundai. If separate reservoirs then I’d say clutch fluid when it looks dirty or fails using a hydroscopic tester

@@owensautotips Man, clutch actuator fluid are separated from brake system....check again the diagram or think like this, what you will do if your clutch system fail and have a leak? brakes will fail to and you cant stop the car? Clutch hydraulic system is separated from brake system, yes they use same DOT 3&4 (actually Hyundai recommand DOT3 for clutch system), but remember this..they are separated from each other but require same DOT3/4 fluid.

I literally work for dealer and can tell you pay models clutch and brake fluid is in the same reservoir. Older models can have separate and some new gearbox designs have a separate one on the gear box. Literally 90% of cars on the road share the brake/clutch reservoirs. Don’t talk wet

You do not disconnect the high voltage battery for a service!

@@owensautotips I don't really know much about it. I'm not a mechanic either. It's just that Hyundai's operating instructions always say that you should disconnect the high-voltage battery before doing anything. But I understand that this may be a bit excessive for work on the car that has nothing to do with electronics.

@-Snakekiller- I’m a Hyundai tech buddy, only time you disconnect the HV battery is when doing any HV related repairs.. Some hybrids do have a service interlock which can be disconnected but as long as the ignition is off and key is out the vehicle you will be fine
