Bro…I’m just going through a bad ass break up..13 years..two kids .we bought a home ect ect..man that shit hurt me so bad..I felt like I was literally in a black hole..that’s why it felt like when I look back and Remeber how sad I was..anyways not only does that shut make you stronger but you learn why to do diffrnt or better..always Remeber and a knowledge your role in what you did just so you can understand the reality of your situation ..but most of all what I always stop and remind myself…Someonenout there is going through something that’s way way worse and I don’t say that to act like our own issues are not severe or impacting us because regardless we feel what we feel even if someone else is worse off..but to Remeber people are really really dealing with real life crazy insane world changing issues..get back in your feet and maybe you can help someone else that you can maybe help…
