Mel im sure will bring an entire different audience, plus its nice to have a woman break up the masculinity at times wit some woman shit. As long as she dont get on some Scottie Beam shit

Joe turned the heat all the way up by adding Flip and Melissa. I used to only watch Joe during hot topics to get his take but now, I watch regularly. I just relate to the whole new vibe including the Ish and Ice.

I'm just going to say this because I'm noticing it with certain radio shows. Diversity is not the best thing if you built the show off men and add certain demographic to the mix it throws off the vibe of the show.

@@dianeross4522 I’ve tried to give it a fair chance but lately I’m just not feeling it…Flip wasn’t really a good addition IMO…his contribution feels forced. Ice is a flat out 🌽 ball and Ish gives some decent convo overall. Melyssa Ford is the saving grace honestly. She offers a seasoned level of maturity and interesting topic spring boarding that the pod has lacked for a while. I think this new direction is a last attempt at keeping things together bc the content just hasn’t been there for me. I don’t see Flip lasting long…he’s supposed to be comic relief but his lack of range, depth and being overall knowledgeable abt things is going to hurt the chemistry as time goes on. He’s a clown, not the go to guy for intelligent convo.
