Klopp indeed took 4 years to deliver a trophy but you can say he took only 2 years to transform the team, he joined in 2015 Oct, 2017/18 they lost the CL final. So in 3 years he had 3 runners-up medals, and then he started winning trophies from his 4th season onwards. ETH already has a trophy and a runners-up medal, and is only gonna complete his 2nd year. He isn't too far behind Klopp when you see it from a bigger picture like that. If Ratcliffe decides not to sack him, which makes the most sense to be honest, the performance next season will be very very crucial. That should be the deciding factor in the end.
