I have played through this game only once, but it is insanely well made. The modern Pokémon are flawlessly turned into sprites, the story is good, and the difficulty and randomizer settings are pretty great.

Seeing Florges on Zwiggo's E4/Championship team reminds me on the only time where I played Radical Red in a Randomized format, and the one I got has Ice Scales as its Ability, then I paired it up with Assault Vest and its naturally high Special Defense and I got myself an insane Special Wall. Another insane combination I got was a Galarian Moltres with No Retreat and the Adaptability ability and a Braviary with Simple and Dragon Dance.

I once got a huge power Golisopod during one of my Rad Red hardcore mode playthrough. It was an absolute monster with Assault vest and priority moves. Despite the stupid difficulty of hardcore mode, it destroyed most boss battles without much problem. Easiest hardcore run ever.

Craziest randomized mon I ever had has got to be the Mew I once caught in an Emerald Rando. I randomized basically everything, including Moves, Types, Abilities and Base Stats and ended up with a base 231 SpAtk Fire/Ground Mew with STAB Eruption, Surf and TBolt. Oh, and while it only had like somewhere between 60 and 70 base Atk, it had Pure Power with STAB Earthquake.

I had a few fun times with the Radical Red - Randomizers. I remember my last run with a ParentalBond Kommo-O with Power Up Punch, Aqua Step, Thunderous Kick and Dragon Hammer, and a Simple Hydriegon with Geomancy, Fiery Wrath, Dragon Pulse, and Sparkly Swirl. They nearly swept the game for me, from that point.

I also played RR randomized but without the randomized movesets still two mons stand out to me from that team Mega Gengar with Protean and Dragapult with Feline Prowess ( basically Special Huge Power )

The only thing I don’t like about radical red is they don’t have an option to turn off all these extra rulesets when entering gyms and stuff. It makes it less enjoyable for me who’s just a casual easygoing Pokémon player. I don’t really enjoy challenges or nuzlockes. I wish there was an option to turn that off. Like I can’t process all the random rules they throw at you like level caps. That’s extremely frustrating having a level cap and makes it unenjoyable for me personally. I can understand why some people would enjoy this, but I just would at least like the option to turn off all the strict rules to make it a more casual Pokémon experience. I enjoy the gen 9 mons and SV dlc Pokémon and I don’t see a lot of good romhacks with them and I do enjoy this game otherwise

Should totally check out pokemon wack... it's a... Uhh... unique? Yeah lets go with unique experience. There's lot of opportunity for team building because there's a ton of new pokemon, moves and abilities and if you dare there even is a postgame which actually is about the same length as maingame if we don't include all the secrets... which ima be real I've played through wack multiple times and I haven't even found all the secrets.
