Now you should advise him to sell his trailer because it cost $5000 monthly to live in a trailer. Many people have quit after a few months. It is better and and easier, more enjoyable to travel across USA and stay in motels or hotels than in a trailer.

That's awesome Mike. The freedom to go where ever you like without paying high price for accomodation. One of our sons is currently looking for some type of van here in Australia so that he and his son can just go anywhere they like when they are able to. Everything will work with solar panels (except the van motor of course). Holidays in Australia have become so expensive since the covid pandemic died down. It's as if all the accomodation people are trying to make up for all that lost revenue. That means lots of families cant have an affordable holiday like the old days. Sad.

Hey Mike, if you like outdoor activities, I strongly recommend Washington state. You can go paddle boarding in the ocean, watch wild orcas, go hiking/camping in the mountains. There are 3 national parks and several active volcanos (especially Mount Rainier, astonishing snow mountain). Just remember to come here in summer, Seattle area in winter is just depressing.

Looks like you are searching a school for Xiaomai. Check out the Waldorf Education, and Sunrise School of Miami. That’s the best education you can find for your children. If you are interested, you would be an awesome teacher for our school, and your wife can teach Mandarin too! 😂😂

I am a fan of People's Court and Judge Judy, two TV courtroom shows. One thing I have learned from these shows is that if you buy a vehicle from a private seller, you need to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic before you finalize the deal. Did you do it? 😅.

You need to know what you are looking for, the market value, and what are the common problems your target vehicle might have. Also, make sure the title is clean, not a salvage or rebuilt title. Sometimes people are just flipping junk cars they bought at an auction. Always check the title and if the name matches the person who is selling it
