Bump firing isn't a felony. 1 trigger pull = 1 bullet fired. It's still semi-auto, just very fast as the recoil resets the trigger.

It's a handy license to have. Especially with uncertain times. Being able to legally have a stockpile of emergency medicines that are made on the same assembly line as human stuff, well that's just forward thinking. And if things go pectorals up, being a licensed vet will be a profitable business as people start growing their own food again.
