A silly little name for a silly little drink. It's the last Thirsty Thursday of the month!

1 cup water
zest of two limes
lime juice
coconut water
pineapple juice

I actually learned why everybody's mom/aunties/grandmas told them to roll citrus before we juiced them and here's why: Citrus fruits have little sections on the inside called vesicles (you'll see it if you tear an orange segment in half, these little orb looking things are inside) and by squishing down on the fruit you're smashing those together and actually making some of them pop to release more juice with whatever tool you're using. Just a fun little thing I think about every time I juice a citrus now, maybe you'll have it too.

I love to make Frozen Dark Cherries muddled with a little honey in half lemonade with half a coconut lacroix (my fav but I know people think it tastes like sunscreen). Add a little canned coconut milk to make it creamy. :)

You could also use a toaster oven for this. I do toasted onion flakes and toasted sesame seeds like that. The light toast setting for one cycle, pull, stur, repeat until desired toastedness.
