Beats by (Apple) spend their money on branding, marketing, packaging, and display. The sound quality is an afterthought. Honestly anyone looking for a pair of headphones do yourself a favor and look at Sennheiser, akg, or Audio-Technica. You'll never go back.

Yeah you need to look for some actual audio pages for that. Anyone who ranks Beats high shouldn't be trusted for audio reviews. Just check out something like Head-Fi for headphone info. They even show frequency response graphs a lot of times so you can pick ones that fit what you like.

hey, found some earphones for $45 on amazon by taotronichs the TT-EP01 They are active noise cancelling and work so well I can sit in my high-school band room with everyone else playing and only slightly hear a few instruments (there are about 100 people in my band)

My $80.00 Sennheiser from about 2006 are better than my $300.00 Beats from 2014. Beats ear cushion started wearing out after a few months, though the Sennheiser is still solid. Period. Beats are louder...but hey - volume controls!

The Sound Intones are BEAST! They have good sound quality, decent bass and a premium build quality - all for just $20. Cheap stuff keeps getting better and better.

Just got them yesterday and I love them. There $22 now but I'd pay more for them. There built damn good and sound great and I love that you can detach the cord when you put them up. So glad I watched this vid.

abudi aziz Jaybird X3's are probably the best sounding bluetooth headphones at $130. You wont find anything good till you hit $300

No offense to beats lovers, but the drivers in beats headphones are complete junk. the internals of any beats headphones for sound quality are what you can find in much cheaper headphones. Do yourself a favor and buy Sony headphones. Bang for your buck far superior!
