Completely agree. Many times viewers can't see what happens behind the scenes of what happens in the life of a youtuber. We only see people living the life that most of us only could only dream of. We never get to see the pain, the work, the hours, etc that goes into creating that life. Most of us have day-jobs. Most of us won't be brave enough to take the plunge into such a life. @Tavarish hang in there. You got this. It can only get better. You know your true friends when you see the ones who stand by you through the bad as well as the good.

Im just a small body shop owner in Texas, and it warms my heart to hear a guy on your level say things like you have said here! i stumbled on your channel a few years ago and have been with you since! You dont have to work on the most expensive cars on the planet for us to want to watch you. Look at Vice Grip Garage!! Look at Roadkill and all the others.. We watch You, we dont watch the cars. We watch to see how someone else works and how much pride they are willing to put into something they love doing. Seeing how you are with what you do, i can say that i would kill to work along side you on some, if not all of the cars you work on brother!! Work on yourself first and get yourself back to where you want to be! We will always be here to watch as you progress in this life and this wild industry us gear heads love!! I hope for a chance to turn a wrench with ya on a project some day!

I'm not going to lie, the concept of this video legitimately made me cry. This past 3 years has been such a struggle for so many people and sometimes we forget that even those that we look up to, those that have found success, still struggle the same ways. Tavarish was one of the first Automotive KZfaq channels that I found, and it's led me to find the likes of the Car Wizard, Tyler Hoover, Ed Bolian, The Car Ninja, Jared and countless others. My dad's a 40+ year HD Mechanic, so engines, shops and the like have been my life-blood my entire life. Freddy, people like you have made me love the hobby even more, getting deeper into repairs, restoration and rebuilds. Your content has single-handedly been in the forefront of helping me through mental illness, job losses and breakups through this past three years. I love your personality, your attitude and how forthcoming you are to your fans, followers and sponsors. Keep up the good fight wrenching everyday!

I'm not even a "car guy". I can change a tire and switch out wiper blades and that's about it. I fell into your channel after stumbling onto Hoovie's and never regretted it. heres the video summed up... wealthy kid, making millions of dollars, while having several million followers, in his newly bought mansio, whines about ''working'' too much, while he travels the world, buying handfuls of exotic cars, driving them over beautiful states and countrys, to go home to his massive shop where he has hundreds of thousands of dollars of tools and equipment and vehicles, all while living the dream of millions of people around the world........... really though.. and you ' cant do this anymore' .........shit like this is mind blowing. tavarish, you literally do not know just how GREAT you have it.. if you are thinking that you are mentally struggling, fucking look around where you are and be thankful of all the opportunities you have, what you have and done, how many people care for you and love you and give your head a shake.. come on man, im sorry but i cant possibly feel bad for you.. ive struggled a great amount, and then i too had to give my head a shake.. you are literally living an american dream... you have to fuckin sack up and quit being a little bitch boy.. sorry but in this situation, tough love is what you and MILLIONS of other people need.

I was just thinking last night, as I was watching Speed Academy show their lineup for 2023, including some Mitsubishi's, and immediately though of Tom's Turbo Garage. I had this idea of how cool it would be if TTG came back with some sort of legendary Mitsubishi build again. And this is coming from a old gear head that was into Muscle Cars in high school because they were hip, but eventually reclaimed his childhood love of rally cars (thanks Herbie) which in turn, into a person who became a Subaru guy because of Colin McRae, who actually respected and loved the old rivalries with the likes of Tommi Mäkinen and his amazing EVO's. And your channel, years ago, was one of my fav places to find pure Mitsubishi goodness, and also back when I discovered Tavarish's channel because of that old 3000GT. In fact, a 3000GT would be a perfect "Tom's Turbo Garage" resto/mod project car!!! 😱 Regardless, good to see you around Tom, and goodluck with your prospects this year, Tavarish. ☺

We’re all here for you. You inspired me to restore a neglected Saab 9-3 a few years back. Went way out of my comfort zone because of watching you and your crew. The past few years have been tough. I work in an ICU and there were times where it got very dark during those years. It was channels like this and as you mentioned, friends and loved ones who helped get me through it. Still not always happy but I know I have it pretty good and need to remember that. Hang in there….can’t wait for the next chapter.

It takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there like this. Ive been watching your channel for a while now and appreciate the way you have done things. I do understand the direction you want to take this and look forward to seeing what you are going to do. No one can ever really know what is going on in someones life especially a content creator. You are human just like everyone else and have issues like everyone else. All everyone sees in the nice cars and the lifestyle and just assume that everything is ok. Watching your channel gave me the utmost confidence to start wrenching and (little by little) working on my cars. For what it's worth your inspiration to me goes beyond the hood of my cars and carries through multiple facets of my life. Not only was your content so entertaining that it kept me going through some super dark times, but I'm always learning something new here and slowly becoming a better person. I couldn't be anymore thankful, except to band together with all your supporters and keep backing you! I run a KZfaq channel on a much smaller scale, but even I get a glimpse of the highs and lows, the stress and the success. I can't imagine the weight on your shoulders but appreciate your humble address to your followers. That being said, I just watched your P1 videos, and it looks like underneath all that sand and water lol, you have found your spark once again. There were times when your motivation was down (which is perfectly fine, especially given the circumstances), but your content feels so authentic and enthusiastic. Your passion keeps me going on my projects, and your selflessness gives me hope for the influencer community. From one car guy to the next, you got this! But also make sure to take care of you.

Freddy, we all love you and your community will rally around you. You've been there for us, and we are here for you. I've followed you for a long time, and in 2019 I brought a crash damaged car from copart here in the UK. I brought it as a distraction. My relationship had ended, and in short I got screwed over and ended up homeless and had to start from scratch. I had no mechanical knowledge, just watched you and a few other guys and tried to learn from you all. The rebuild was a massive success, I still own it and it's an amazing car. My life is 1000% better than it was back then, but your videos and my love of cars got me through the hardest patch. You have impacted a lot of people for the better, you should be so proud. Wishing you all the best for 2023 and beyond.

Freddy, I’m one of your viewers to who you think you don’t do enough for. I hear many of your friend and other youtubers say, “thank you so much for watching”, “thank you for making this possible”. Just don’t ever forget how much you give back to all the people watching your channel, giving them a moment to get out of their lives and come along with you to fix these cars. You help a lot of people through difficult times so what you give back is worth more than any of the cars you have inside your garage. I remember anxiously waiting for the next video on what was happening. Specifically when the clutch plates were rusted together. I felt that sense of accomplishment on figuring that out. A very brave and honest video, the more people who talk about these things and the realities of life away from the camera the more we understand that KZfaq is just a snapshot into someone’s life.
