Always using "we" instead of "I", acknowledging the help you had during the restoration, and mentioning the names of the companies you've worked with whenever you had the chance, is a huge sign of humility. I have a lot of respect for YOUR accomplishments on bringing this thing together! 💪

As an European Jay Leno's Garage is the first program of his that I've ever watched and I never understood why was he so hated just because he replaced someone at Late Night Show. @fufucker9898 all the people whom were in competition have differing perspectives, and all sound relatively reasonable too. I suspect that there were plenty of people involved in these situations with competing interests, varying levels of influence, and were working the opportunity to their advantage. And you have to remember that Jay always took care of his shows people, has not apparently cashed his NBC checks, continued to work hard for his money, and now has done his dream job with cars employing many, many others along the way. He's been nothing but good to work for, with, and has lifelong friends. Not saying Conan nor Dave are bad people as I'm sure some of the same could be said of them - I really suspect lots of competing interest of network executives bouncing back and forth between talented individuals when a final hard decision had to be made with winners and losers that involved lots of peripheral people impacted. I really suspect executives and managers were jostling for position, people aligned with jobs, placed their bets, and either took liberties/shenanigans and didn't want to admit what they had done, or maybe some and all outright did dirty deeds -perhaps even Jay, or Dave, or Conan themselves were involved: but we do not really know outside of what the 3 distinctly different perspectives of the main 3 folks involved. I've not really seen anything that makes me distrust Jay, Dave, or Conan nor really doubt them. It appears the situation was mismanaged, miscommunicated, and feelings were hurt all around.

@@onerbfromtn4320 I had totally forgotten the Conan thing... that was bizarre but probably the bulk of that blame is on the network. WOW! I've enjoyed Jay Leno's Garage since the beginning of the show and have also followed Tavarish. To see 2 car crazy guys together like this made my day. Thanks to both for my favorite episode. I'm looking forward to seeing the P1 when it is finished. Hopefully Jay will have Tavarish back.

Great episode. Love the support that Jay provides to the next generation of car builder/collector. Very humble young man who deserves the support. Lastly, I see Jay isn't afraid to test the horsepower.

I've often wondered to myself on a few car channels if Jay has ever seen their videos. Like Doug Demuro, and Tavarish and today here's Tavarish showing his car in Jay's garage. How absolutely cool is that and to be told by Jay how proud he is of Tavarish, what praise!
