Followed your suggestions and yes, there's only one thing/no-thing going on. Everything is one experiencing. There is no actual boundary or centre found in reality.

So after a number of posts on healing 'parts'....it's seems that it shifted? In your experience is it possible to experience this knowing with trauma and repression in the system?

Bro please help me out here.. I have seen, by using "the headless way", that there isn't a boundary to my experience, yet it changed nothing in terms of knowing that. i dont know how to explain. I saw experientially that there is actually know boundary but there was not a clear shift.

Would it be ‘correct’ to say there’s not ‘appearances,’ only an ‘appearance’?

"I am" the steward of this body. This body has physical needs, emotional needs, intellectual needs, and spiritual needs. Consciousness needs nothing. All well and good. But I'm not fielding consciousness. I'm fielding the appearance of this form. Naturally, "I am" concerned with the well-being of this body. The original nature doesn't mind starving to death.

Reality is unbelievable

I not only experienced it but can identify others who have, (had psychedelic awakenings), not everyone awakens but those that do are spectacular. It took 20 years for my trip to finally kick in and make that divine connection. But I directly attribute it to psychedelic trips 20 years ago. I've learned to meditate in this way over time too. Practicing focusing on that awareness of my surroundings.

Beautiful, David, though of course, “you” have never gone through anything. You have never experienced anything profound, mysterious, or wondrous. There never was a “you.” As personhood dissolves, the wondrous becomes what it always was-just like this. I understand the experience of no-self is even more difficult to describe. It’s a lonely journey to recognize fully that there is no receiver (nor has there ever been a receiver) of enjoyment or wonder or mystery-neither “in you” nor “in others”. But to teach is to recognize that every person is walking around with their own egoic theater in their mind, complete with the pains that are mistaken to be the “I”. So we teach, because, for now, the ego is destined to teach. But don’t let that teaching stymie your progress. Your unfolding inspires those who see themselves as separate. When there is a no longer a “you” of any kind in relation to life or others, you will know the unknowable at the deepest level. There, we will celebrate as spirit itself. ❤
