How do you like to eat #cabbage?
Salad with the same vegetable also tastes different depending on the dressing! It's a dressing that I made by chance and it's so delicious!
Make cabbage salad by making creamy yogurt dressing that determines the taste of salad.
[Ingredients] 1/4 cabbage, paprika (1 red one , 1 yellow one ), 1 avocado
[#saladressing ] 6 tablespoons of Greek yogurt , 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of Whole Grain Mustard (full), 2 teaspoons of honey, salt and pepper, 1/2 smashed avocado
1. Cut the middle part of the cabbage and take off the leaves one by one.
2. Soak it in water for a while, wash it in running water one by one, and then drain it.
3. Gather similar sized leaves and cut them into small squares for eating.
4. Place chopped cabbage in a large bowl.
5. Cut paprika in the same size as cabbage.
6. Place the dressing ingredients above in a bowl and mix well.
7. Cut the avocado in half and cut it into small pieces. Put half of it in yogurt dressing and mix it well.
8. Put the other half of the avocado in the bowl, Add salad dressing.
9. Toss well, taste, and modify however way you want
Tip 1: Use a blender to increase the amount of salad dressing. A much more creamy and soft dressing is made. (You can eat it up to the 3rd.)
Tip 2: If you cut cabbage into very small pieces, you can eat it comfortably even if you don't want to eat it raw.
