I have a Sondor's Metacycle on order at $5,000 and about ready to cancel as a result of lack of transparency.

Way to call them out on their BS... Plenty of other good bikes with a similar style to choose from...

They knew the actual weight of the bike from the start, remember Connor lodes rode one around several months ago... I personally believe we can sue for false advertisement. We have plenty of reason to suspect shady business practices.

You’ve made a couple of videos about Sondors and their lack of transparency and one of the companies you named has a good company that was being transparent was Ariel rider. Based on that recommendation I ordered an aerial rider 52v X-Class on September 4th and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been that they are a good honest forthright company… they continuously say your bikes going to be released from the port and then push it back two weeks and blame it on the back logs of the ports and they’ve done this 4 times now. Each time they give me a shipping update they said that it can be 1 to 3 weeks for the port to release the container however it’s been well over three weeks. I contacted them and that one to three weeks turned into 1 to 9 weeks… Ariel rider was originally supposed to start shipping my batch of bikes on October 10th when in reality they hadn’t even been shipped from China by October 10th…

I cancelled my Scrambler order. Heartbreaking because its such a cool looking product. Ended up going for another brand that already has accessories available on the market.

I'm not even expecting a lame excuse about the weight. What could they say? I've heard some bikes are limited to 25 mph as well with no unlock. And mine's not here yet like most.

That extra weight must have been that updated fork Lol Did you ever get? Or cancel?

I was looking at buying a Sondors last year... But bought the Blade... It is my first e-bike! Noticed in your other video you talked of putting in your Rize battery into the Ariel X 52 v... is that the current Rize 52 V 15ah... or the 48 V 20ah or 48 V 19.1 ah (I think)... I am looking at buying the Ariel X 52... just wondering if my 48 V 20 ah Rize battery is compatible with this Ariel version (I am assuming it is not, but would love an answer --- thanks for the videos anyhow).

Bet you any money that a 116 pound sondors madmod bike like that will have motor and over heating controller problems. Grizzly weighs 109 pounds and has two 35amp controller and two 1000 watt motors. AR upgrade there 2nd batch to 1000 watt motors and 35 Amp controllers for a reason . Shreddie mcskate burnt up his 750 watt Grizzly in the sand....I'll never buy a sondors...seems shady. So not sure what to say about the bike but I have mines... It's a heavy little sucker at 110lbs... Smooth ride. I live in Alabama so all ebikes shipped here are set to class 2 which is 20mph. Can change to class 3 at 25mph... Sure it can go faster but the bikes weight would fry controllers. I ordered in January by the way.

It's all the dust compiled on the bike while sitting in the factory waiting for final payments from Sondors before product release. Why would you still want one of these bikes consider the BS you've had before even owning and riding one? I assume it'll only get worse not better once you actually receive their product. You saved me a lot of headache. I was seriously looking at one of these sondors when I came across your video. Now I have a brand new X class 48 that is working only 80%. I think it's all these companies stupid games that prevents us from having a bike that just works.

My recumbent tadpole etrike with double batteries and gear weighs less.. LOL I would be upset especially if i checked my equipment limits (like a car rack) to make sure everything was compatible and wouldn't be a problem.. Some riders with disability can only handle a certain amount of weight.. I think these customers have valid reason to return for a Full Refund (with return shipping paid by Sondors) because the estimate was More Than 10% heavier.. 10% variant is the legal limit on estimates..

Bro my boss got an email from them (I told him to turn my bonus to a Sondors so he ordered on his card) saying they basically can't say at all when the bike will come. 6 months who knows. This isn't their fault and I won't pile on them for it but it sure sucks. Something peculiar is happening with the ports and it's not good. The reasons the media gives for this are suspect. Maybe the Chinese robot army is in those containers😬😳 🤣

Sondors is the worst e bike company to buy from , they are scammers , they don’t even know what they are selling , pretty sad , for the amount of money , they should be looked into and probably be in trouble false advertising and taking money …
