For the record, ramen is akin to "soup". Anything can be in ramen. The only two requirements are noodles and broth. You could have peanut butter ramen, caviar ramen, beer ramen, ice cream ramen, cow tongue ramen, the options are endless. There are no "ramen" noodles, there are multiple different types of noodle that are commonly used in ramen, but none of them are called 'ramen'.
