I changed my cat's food

Күн бұрынDay 24: I've changed Lila's food. In the beginning I was feeding her grain free dry food, but she was barely eating for days on end. So I changed it to full grain. She also gets wet food and a few greenies a day 'cause even Lila needs a treat.

I liked your thoughts on feeding her, including she needed treats as well. My vet here in the states, years ago, recommended Purina One for an outdoor cat who adopted us, it worked wonders on her coat and health. God Bless You for caring enough about this beautiful elder girl enough to be concerned about her diet. Hugs to you both.

I’ve given all my cats Hills Science Diet … all cats like it and it’s good stuff. Their Hairball formula is great! I recommend it ❤

@@LadyLiLa777 I feed my 2 boys Purina Complete and Fancy Feast canned. They love Fancy Feast Lil Petites and of course treats! They are very spoiled but such a joy. LiLa is such a gorgeous girl. Trust is earned not given esp cats😄🐾💝🐾

@@LadyLiLa777Add a spoonful or two of water to the canned food. It’ll make it Chunky soup-style. The litter will have bigger urine clumps ie a well-hydrated friend ie lower risks of very expensive and painful urinary infections! It personally worked very well when I had my little guy!

Sorry but cats are carnivores not herbivores. They get overweight and sluggish eating grains. If you can get try Purina Cat Chow in blue bag. Still grain but not a full grain only food. Dry is not good for their digestion anyway. No moisture so they must drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Soft as main food with dry on the side. 😻👍🏻
