In January I travelled to Turkey (Türkiye) for an MOT health check and as I was documenting this, I received lots of messages about what's included, the hospital and the pricing.
This video will help explain all of this and I hope you find it a useful watch!

The Arabic you heard on the speakers is called the Adhan which is the Islamic call to prayer which happens 5 times every day.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. Sadly the UK just aren’t very good at this, waiting lists are long or you can’t have it done. I find GP’s are dismissive at times and rush your appointments with you. Definitely worth looking into.

I’ve genuinely been waiting with bated breath on your medical tests, how much it cost along with your experience. Here in the uk we have no preventative medical care and I’m a huge believer that prevention is better than cure. Hats off to you both and I wish you health wealth and happiness for the future

Fantastic video mate it did make me laugh when you discussed about the endoscopy and the colonoscopy and you made sure you said it was two separate cameras. I have both done regularly because I suffer with issues both have endoscopy and colonoscopy done fully awake which is interesting I’ve never gone down the route of being fully asleep, thanks very much again hope everything is going well. Really nice video, I hope and pray you are granted a full recovery. Nice to know there are other health options available elsewhere in the world. Turkey are doing great things, however make sure you do all of your research correctly and find the best clinics and don't just settle for price.

Unfortunately you can't get help in UK on NHS and privately it costs soo much. I have been in Poland in past and next week I am going again. It's much cheaper and more professional. Good luck with your health. I have issues with my immune system.

Was thinking of going to Pakistan for an mot so this is an option too...in Pakistan I could get most of this done cheaper but the ticket is 700+..but due to relatives zero hotel costs...thanks again for this video! I also was diagnosed with elevated platelets which has been under review since 2020. I have not been given any option for any medication and was wondering what the name of your medication was? It's the call to prayer (athan), which happens 5 times a day. Each call to prayer is preceded by a pre reminder (mini athan) to get yourself in gear and prepare to pray.

Great that you went private! If I would wait for the NHS I will probably still have my tumor inside me. Lucky that I am Polish and Polish Dr's remove it privately by laparoscopy 😊 I do recommend that everyone go private if they can.

Do you know if the NHS recognise the results? As sometimes the NHS don't even recognise results from BUPA or private healthcare.

You should have spoken to the Hospital first and got a refferal link to get a certain percentage from everyone you refer as I am sure have a lot of people followed your footsteps on this journey. May the Lord grant you a long healthy life Brother ❤

You’ll be glad to have been put asleep for the endoscopy. I had a but of throat numbing spray and they slammed it down. Worst thing i’ve ever had.

Even private in the uk isn’t ideal. I was diagnosed with an illness then told it wasn’t covered for treatment. A Waste of £80 a month really. I’m now saving that in an account instead in case I need it for the future.

I didn’t see any, but it maybe worth emailing Memorial Hospital to see. I know what you mean by claustrophobic, but they do provide ear muffs to help with the noise and I just closed my eyes 😅

Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar - God is the greatest, God is the greatest Ash-hadu anla-illaha ill allaah - I bear witness there is non worthy of worship but Allaah. Ash-hadu Ana muhammadur-rasoolullaah - I bear witness Muhammad is the messenger of god. Haya-alasalah - come to prayer. Haya alalfalah - come to success
