Sorry, if you had a “recent health scare” why didn’t your GP put you forward for appropriate testing on the NHS? I get the feeling that Dr Google has somehow been involved here and given out lots ambiguous information and then without a shred of medical input you decided to run off to get lots of tests done to confirm Dr G’s non-assesment! Complete waste of time and resources. If you have a genuine concern get your GP to refer you, and if your concerns persist and they don’t refer then do self refer via a walk in clinic or ER. The more people do ridiculous things like this will erode the NHS in to nothing. Use the service, canvas your local MP, for goodness sake be proactive with your health service before it is gone.

£28000 income it’s profit or turnover? If it turnover it’s too low. Because it’s 2300 per month, minus bills, laundry and time you ending up with 1600. If you let it to someone else you get less ( 1300 ) but no headache.
