Do it with puch 2 strokes instead. Might be more easy, as you do not have valves. I suggest puch, yamaha or honda cylinders.
@EbonyPope15 күн бұрын
Since It's air cooled and the second cylinder sits behind the first one it will probably suffer overheating though. Not enough air-flow for the second cylinder I fear.

@@EbonyPope doesnt have to be made from air cooled honda type engines... yes. thats the issue they do have. rear cylinder gets toasty. water cooling can fix that. comeon, the point of this channel is he straps existing engines together and they run. they arent intended for production...

Rotax made the bmw f800 parallel twin adjustable. It figure a third rod for vibration dampening and is set up at 360° on the f800 line but 315° on the Husqvarna nuda 900 twin. Also the two bike really works differently. The BMW have multi-plexing, the nuda not.
@Dymitr_NawrockiАй бұрын
@@4sstylz f800 is not adjustable like engine in the video because you need replace crank and camshaft to change it from 360° to 315°. If you change those parts you can modify every pallalel twin to any offset between firing. Engine in the video is adjustable because you can change angle between cylinders without any additional parts, its just unscrewing some parts and adjusting them to work differently.

This is the first southeast Asian channel I've seen that didn't involve pulling the item to be restored out of a muddy swamp, only to wash it and do some minor cosmetic work to pronounce it 'restored'. This man has the machining skills and ability to actually DO something that isn't clickbait. Why those 'other channels' have millions of subscribers and this man only half a million doesn't make sense but...what in life today actually does??🤣

"hey, maybe i film it next time?" no real intention of going big, just having fun doing what he does... whereas the fake "restoration" video is rehearsed and staged from every step of the way. a team of people, every shot carefully thought out... then the fake accounts clicking "like and subscribe"... how many accounts can a bot make in a day, how many upvotes and views? once you hit that magic number, go monetary, flood the recommendations list with smoothly edited rubbish content... playing the algorithm... my god YT is a strange place when you sign out of everything and erase cookies, etc... its pretty bad when you dont! ever tried filming yourself doing anything? i have lots of little things i _could_ document and post... but it never works out that way. i was modifying a fireplace i made yesterday... hmmm... fire the camera up and document? so, first step... mark this line on a pipe with this here "liquid paper" pen... it doesnt work. fine. sidetrack, document getting a tin of thinners, clearing the tip, back to marking line... battery goes flat. sigh. toss camera aside, make fireplace. done. undocumented but done. quite warm :)

Some people just have excellent spatial reasoning skills and don't need any fancy CNC machines. I've ground a rod for an 0.010 over bearing by hand with a file and crocus cloth and the car is still going strong 14 years later. I'm definitely impressed by LeDan's work but it is also something I could do myself if I were determined to do so. I've been toying with the idea of making a pushrod boxer twin using aircraft engine cylinders. Would probably use Lycoming O-235 parts for a displacement of 117.5 ci, along with a blower, and put it in a drag bike to go up against Harleys.

You probably thought of it but i think the cylinder head lubricatiom might be suffering, because the oil flow is originally designed to drop from intake vaöve rocker down on exhaust valve rocker. With standing cylinder orientation the oil wont find the right path i guess.
