Ouch! I fell a couple weeks ago and messed up my shoulder/sternum/knee! Glad you are ok!

I did this too. The leaves didnt help good shit that you had a helmet but mines was going downhill in forest hills, queens at 22 miles an hour minus the face plant though yikes.

Hi there. You think one factor from the crash was your tires? Maybe we need to change them with more knobby ones. That's what I'm planning to do eventually to prevent these slips and accidents.

probably should be wearing motorcycle gear your doing motorcycle speeds at times and bicycle helmets are pretty useless unless your a 3 year old on your first trike I enjoy your videos glad your ok

I crashed mine at 35 and was my own fault. I forgot to tighten down my handlebars. 😂
