- oatmeal - 150 gr
- 1 egg
- apple - 1 kg
- natural honey - 1 tbsp.
- raisins - 50 gr
- cinnamon - to taste

Don't forget that honey is mostly sugar also: fructose and glucose. Because honey is sweeter than sugar grains, you don't need as much of it, but it is still sugar.

Вы заблуждаетесь ))) В меде, изюме, яблоках и даже крахмале овса, содержится довольно много сахара, или точнее сахаров: декстроза, фруктоза, мальтоза... из крахмала, данные виды сахаров будут выделены в процессе ферментативного расщепления в вашем желудке, из меда, изюма и яблок, вы их получите напрямую )) Не знали ?? И каков же уровень вашего образования ?

Przepis sympatyczny i niekonwecjonalny. Mieszkam na pięknej Ziemi Lubelskiej w Polsce. Robię również smaczne i bez używania mąki i cukru znakomite szarlotki, dodając jabłka szarą renetę lub antonówkę, którą z cynamonem i oczywiście bez cukru, mam już wcześniej rozgotwaną w słoikach.
