Danny Johnson you are one my favorites 4 sure on dry bar❤ you are freaking funny🤣😂 I suffer from Chronic Pain which has caused me severe depression. I was pretty bad tonight. Listening to dry bar was a great fast pick me up getting me out my head. To all u comedians: Thank you😍

Jessica ; try cutting out bread. Modern wheat has so much gluten compared to archaic varieties that most people will have some reaction and a few will develop chronic inflammatory response. Same with a lot of beans and legumes like peanuts. I also prescribe: Linda Rontowski, Arvin Mitchell and Brian Regan. If you wish to visit the dark side try Daniel Tosh, Jimmy Carr and Frankie Boyle. @@clivewells7090 Thank you so much I have definitely cut all that out. I never in million years would have thought what is suppose to be healthy for your body be damaging causing pain&depression. But I did research that lead me to a link on something called Leaky Gut. And main causes is all what you said and other so called healthy foods. Just crazy. I also have been enjoying all the stand up 🤣😂 Really great. Thank you Mr.Wells. I really hope you have an awesome Day💜

@@jbyepitsme4330 lovely to hear back from you, sorry if you've found it hard, normally the foods you have to exclude are the ones you crave! Lactose intolerance much..? It's all down to unhealthy gut bacteria driving your digestive tract so try not to fret too much, once you get a healthy microbiome back in place the salad is what you'll desire, seriously! Look up ketogenic diet, snake diet and fasting - as a last resort. The allopathic approach is driven by conglomerates and is not what it proclaims to be so be on your toes, I've taken a 6 week course of antibiotics and noticed a downturn in my immune system. Once you get back to the natural way you at least have a fighting chance! Good luck and God Bless. X

Jessica I just found out about "leaky gut" this week, so I switched to an all meat diet for few days and I really noticed the reduction in inflammation in my joints. Hope you feel better.

So funny story....one time I was out for a walk and I came upon a "friend" of a friend who was supposed to be out running but instead that person was walking extremely slowly in running gear on her phone with her ear buds in😂. She was walking so slowly that the me who was out for a casual walk in the park passed her up. She pretended not to notice me so I walked a little farther ahead then stopped and looked back like I heard something. I acted shocked and started running away. Sure enough she passed me up screaming 😂 I was crying and laying on the ground laughing.

Imagine being Within 3 - 4 pounds of your competition weight(even six or eight pounds). This will not kill you. Eating healthfully, carefully, deliberately, and mindfully pays an enormous dividend in Eternal Youth and longevity. Regular exercise is Child's Play once you leave the maladaptive SAD SAD SAD Standard American Diet far far behind. You can never exercise enough to offset the excessive garbage you are eating now.

Better health, resting heart rate (RHR), BP, longevity, fewer med issues in to old age, lower risk of Early Onset Diabetes, toes, foot or leg amputations, heart attacks, stroke and Alzheimers... just to list a few. Forgot... it's also hedging your financial bets against HUGE medical bills and deductibles. They can wipe you out. I know. My folks retired at 55, multimillionaires. They are now in their early 80s. The medical expenses are slowly dwindling their bank accounts/asset portfolio, but they can still live on the Interest. Praise God.
