Wow, what a way to set the stage! The ambiance is immediately and uncomfortably stressful that it makes you tense your shoulders. Damn.

SCP-096 level idea for the game!: As y'all know, SCP-096 hates being looked at. It hurts him and reminds him of all the terrible things he's been through. If you look at him, he'll enter a state of emotional distress, crying, babbling, and screaming incoherently for around a minute before it kills you. To prevent that, immediately put a bag on his head or run around 10 meters away from him. SCP-096 will roam around while crying, sometimes sitting down, hugging himself, drying tears from his eyes, even banging doors or walls and playing with empty bullet shells(or something like that) to relieve stress. If you're around him, don't look at his face, even if he interacts with you. If he sees you he might ignore you or go near you in a timid way, and sometimes, he would use gestures to ask for a hug if he feels like it(hugs can comfort him). 096 would also try to mumble out words in German or English(when breached, he can be found either in English mountains or German mountains because he's of both states) like "sorry" or "hilfe" which means "help". He doesn't need to eat, but sometimes he chews on fresh meat to keep him calm when very grumpy(stress eating lol). SCP-096 doesn't like being alone all the time so he searches for a stuffed toy or action figure to mumble to or play with, and sometimes brings the object with him. Though, he would always except your warm arms as long as you don't hurt him. He doesn't die but he does get knocked out, when he does, he cries till he falls asleep for 2 minutes(he doesn't need to sleep but it also comforts him). SCP-096 rarely giggles a little or show a smile, but he doesn't find most silly things funny after all he's been through. He gets embarrassed and flustered when you complement him about "how fascinating he is" or "the adorable things he does" because as said, he is very shy and anxious, and he worries for his, and sometimes, YOUR well being surprisingly(he doesn't like killing people, but he has too since it's the only way to stop his pain when people look at him). He is a misunderstood and corrupted monster with a giant, frozen heart. IPG, you BETTER send this idea to the creators of this game! If not I am sueing you! Edit: and tell them to bring back the Containment Breach Voice, but edit the screams like in Secret Labs!

Early on in the episode you had wondered why an exit sign was near the floor. This is because in a smoke filled environment it will help people reach the exit. Very useful for rescue personnel as well to get everyone to safety.

My favorite part of this is that their first episode is on a SCP that isn't super widely known, and I hope they keep doing that. now of course they already teased the Doktor and Here be dragons. But seeing a lesser known scp brings up my hope of someone covering some or all of the Dr. Wondertainment SCP's

I do love how they send both you (the player) and her (the agent) in without telling either of you the slightest thing about whatever the fuck SCP 701 is. It's hilarious, it's creepy, and while it's pretty dumb from a in-universe point of view - it's also exactly the kind of thing the Foundation would do in some iterations. The thing with SCP is that everything is canon as much as nothing is. The Foundation can be bumbling morons in one story and then be on top of preventing world ending events in the next, and up to a certain extreme (aka bad writing and/or going outside the rules of the site) it's all more or less equally canon. That's part of what I love about the SCP fandom and all of the games and stories.

SCP 701 is such a fascinating SCP it’s one of my favorites. It’s a play of a king (The Hanged King of Alagadda) that is betrayed and hanged, and if shown causes the audience to kill each other. It’s also interesting because Alagadda is like a hun for god-like entities and the Hanged King is a servant to the Scarlet King (who may be scp-001 depending on what you think)

I had to move a year ago and basically leave everything behind (including my old laptop and youtube account), and forgot a lot of awesome creators who I used to be subscribed to. I would love to see a 'Iron Lung'-like section dedicated to SCP-169, a.k.a "Leviathan". A massive sea creature that causes tsunamis and seismic activity whenever it shifts a little in its sleep. Imagine you are inside a submarine and you are forced to navigate carefully throughout the area and collect samples of waste biological matter from the creature. But as the mission continues, the creature's activity increases and the mission control is borderline about to call an K-Class scenarios (likely CK-Restructing or one of the humanity extinction scenarios) as everyone thinks it is awakening. I think it would work so well in that near cosmic horror aspect as you feel helpless even with all the power of the Foundation, you can't do nothing against this creature. The fright and panic that occurs at the Foundation. I feel as though everyone forgets that K-Class scenarios are insane and that they are signs that shit has hit the fan hella fast.

701 is only supposed to inflict its effects onto people who perform the play and those who view the performance. I really want to know what the three SCPs that were used in that big cross test were now. Combining SCPs can rarely end up with a good outcome, so "releasing" the hanged king into the containment site somehow is an interesting direction to take.

I like the look of this game very much. Seeing scp's loyally recreated in 3d is always amazing. Regarding the sound design: the ambience is too loud and loud sounds happen too often. S I find silent fear is a lot more effective so when you do hear something it has more effect. Like the doors opening or even the rats should be quieter and then a random one can be loud making you worry what's different. Also the mannequins moving shouldn't be indicated with a sound as youd more likely notice the change only later and be more surprised (if you notice at all). Lastly I like the discovery of an scp through the game (getting more info as you go) but personally I prefer clue style where you only have bits and have to figure out the rest yourself (basic explanation is good as more people understand). I would like to see clue style for less known scp's as it'd be more effective since not many people would know the info already (and skip the point of the chapter). Also I know they mentioned 1 scp at a time but would like to see multiple interacting/invading a facility (safe facility now unsafe example). Otherwise amazing project that can endlessly be expanded...

Ive been waiting for a game like this - alot of the most well known SCP games bounce off of Containment Breach's formula of "mass outbreak, abunch of things try to kill you on site" which is fun but also limits how far the game can grow over time - I always wished that someone would make a game focused on snapshots of different scps like chapters in a story instead, because then you could technically never run out of content because you wouldnt have to worry about fitting all of those SCPs into one location, among other things glad to see that wish has come true

The Scranton reality anchor only have a limited ranges. The portalable anchors normally have a smaller radius. Unlike the one used in scp-1730 aka site-13 which was such a large anchor it was able to anchor the entire facility.

For those who are curious to what the anomoly is; Apparently by stories, they state SCP 701 is a figure wrapped in almost mummified clothing that has a deep connection to the play 'The Hanged King's Tragedy'. There are five acts to the play and those who watch it would state it was quiet the proformance, however, on the last stage, it was said that the anomoly causes suicidal behavior and even murderous thoughts at the end, causing the wtinesses of the play to kill each other and even kill themselves, hinting the term 'Hanged'.

She has never heard of the Hanged King, reads random notes lying around inside a Foundation site (maybe she loves cognitohazards?), gets attacked by disappearing monsters yet doesn't immediately check her Hume scanner while being inside a known reality-bending situation. Dude this is so good, not only was the ending typical of a great scp entry, but it introduces a fun interaction of what happens when a cognitohazard gets too close to a reality bender anomaly. That's why the Bella was able to stop the physical threat the way she did.

The fact that each chapter/episode of it will be centered on a different SCP, with a different style and everything, is so fascinating, and I can't wait to see you play more of it when it comes out. Interesting detail I noticed: in the recording at 21:57 where the other doctor is complaining about Dr. Cooper and his team, he says that he'll "write to the minister" with his complaints, indicating that he is also being influenced by SCP 701. Pretty sure that the SCP foundation doesn't have ministers, but court from the Hanged King seems to.

For folks coming to comments for info on SCP 701: It's a 5 part play (similar to Macbeth) called The Hanged King's Tragedy, it may cause both the actors and the audience members to become incredibly violent and/or commit suicide during a performance. Typically this happens on opening night or otherwise on whichever day will have the largest group of people in attendance, survivors will continue to exhibit acts of violence for 24hrs following exposure to SCP 701 but may have with memory loss after this time period. I love the demo's ending where Agent Q said the survivor is the black box itself since he told Bella in the beginning that the black box functions as a 'recorder of events surrounding a certain SCP' to paraphrase. Bella experienced SCP-701 and technically survived, therefore she IS the black box for SCP-701. Brilliant. I will never play this game myself because I am a wuss but if there is a let's play of this game in the future I will definitely watch it.

This was a genius move on the creators part! The way that the demo was executed and played out was amazing! And each sequence only focusing on one SCP and not multiple at the same time is very refreshing, the potential that this game holds is boundless, but what they do with it will decide it’s future as a new SCP game. This project looks amazing, only thing I'd say is that there's not really much gameplay, and for what little gameplay there is we get the 'Ubisoft first person narrator' stuff ("I should go and pick up that very important flashing red object") with the reality anchors and interactables that kind of undermines the player's intelligence more than help them - but this sort of thing can easily be made up for with a good narrative, which SCP can totally deliver on.

I think Containment Breach was a really good start into the SCP genre but I am excited for the chapters. That way you can experience and learn more about single SCPs without having to juggle multiples of them!

Been awhile since I’ve seen a horror game actual creep me out. I think it was the stairs tbh, because SCP-087 is the scariest scp to encounter for me. Idk why but it chills me to my bone. Combined with the atmosphere of the game, it really put me on edge

On a more serious side note, I did some research while watching this, SCP-701, The Hanged Kings Tragedy A play that when performed will cause actors and observers alike to commit suicidal or murderous acts against themselves or other people, this results in very few survivors, however many end up permanently psychotic, comatose, or have no recollection of the event The thing with chains is SCP-701-1

If there is one place in the world where malpractice should be strongly controlled then that is definitely an scp containment facility

That's amazing! What I hope they do is they add seasons, and the chapter 1 of every season is a different SCP-001, because for those that don't know, there are multiple SCP-001 entries to coverup the true SCP-001. I'm looking forward to this game!

SCP foundation is terrifying to say the least but it's a gripping universe that never let's go and I want more 😳this incredibly unbelievable...IGP I hope to see more of your videos on this and being meticulous in your hunting of information. Until the next video😁
