Somehow the introduction got lost but basically its me eating lots of durian and doing cooking experiments with durian and durian seeds and eating the results

No, you are not the first guy. We eat durian sambal here. It started with a not soft durian cut up into small pieces. So much durian here> we experiment with it---on toast, with rice, as tempura, in cold fruit soups and the cooked seeds...The tempura came from avocado slices battered.

Maybe not in this vid. I like them very sweet and very bitter and i like most strong flavour types. But i can also sometimes appreciate a mild one if sweetness dominates
