Thanks man! It's more important to me to help. You have too many red pill guys giving incorrect info to young men, that think all women are 304s.
@unknowninfinium43535 ай бұрын
New to the channel brother, but I do believe it's time to realise are W@hm3n are 304s. It's good to assume that as well. Would you take your risk when the odds are against you and the stacks are high? Also, redpill started out as an analogy of how reality is. It went to dating and was a good analogy to reveal the true nature of W@hm3n. That's all. Game, modern "redpill" advices are all fake because it's not the real RedPill. Also I have a theory - I think the next phase of RedPill will be politics. Because RedPill in order to survive as popular as it is needs to get bigger and what better way than politics. Though it is in its essence to reveal the truth but in the hands of these modern so called "redpill' gurus it will dilute itself. But I would say that is also a good thing - Because we have all these gurus and all, the natural selection of ideas will bring out the best and weed out the weak ones.

I have felt very lonely when I was in the process of cutting off toxic people. The difficulty is not being bitter. Its so easy to get bitter and feel like EVERYONE must be a toxic pyscho, there are no good people. But you cant do that, because then you'll just be lonelier and lonelier. When people have been treated poorly, they treat everyone like a threat. I do. You have to remember that it isnt you. It is me. It is them. It is their body memories, it is their neurological system. All the hits you've taken live in the present. So you cant take that personally, either. It IS tiring to go out of your way to make people feel safe. But it is the only right thing to do as a rational human. Your trauma lives in you, too. But you are doing right to reject the negative thinking, and you are doing right to remember it is them and not you. Not only is it better for your mental health, it is just also true. The discourse around toxic masculinity is valid. It is fair. Its is important to talk about. It is also important to remember that women are not all hateful whackos. They are rational, just hurt. Same for you! And its nice to see. Gotta push that bitterness away. It wont be the first time we try. It wont be the second time. But, eventually, someday the light filters back in.
@AZrakoon6 күн бұрын
People no doubt see everyone as a threat, once they have been hurt. There are good people, despite running into bad ones. Although feelings are valid, they can betray us, it's best to take a deep breath and take a step back and think what the next step will be. Thanks so much for your good comment!
@domeatown6 күн бұрын
@@AZrakoon my story is that my ex was an addict, and my family was toxic. One day I realized people who didn't respect me were never going to, even though they ought to. Even though they should. I had to cut off everything. I had to get rid of all the toxicity. That place in the middle, where you are learning a new way to think, where the old people are gone but the groundwork is not there yet for new, healthy relationships.... Loneliest place in the world. You wonder if nothing good exists. You wonder if maybe you are somehow born broken. It takes so much effort to reshuffle the cards and gradually replace it all. Exhausting! Idk if you've read The Body Keeps The Score. But that book was so helpful to me. To remember that it's all part of it. It took me so long to get a smattering of good friends, but I did. I don't know if I'll ever be all the way through the weeds. I think healing is probably a lifelong process. But, yes. You are so right. We do not have to belong to toxic ways of thinking. We belong to a world where we decide if we want to keep disrespectful people around us or not, and where we decide to be the respectful people with boundaries. It's hard when you feel like you are building the road before you just one step before you walk on it. But the only other way is to turn back and steep in the toxicity. Hey. No way!

I'm genuinely impressed with your thought processes on this. Sometimes in falling into loneliness, then despair about it, we can become bitter and hate others...but you seem to know to stay on the positive and beneficial side of things. It is true that many men are lonely these days. I'm not sure I have a good solution to suggest, since I'm basically the same - no real friends, just have my own little family. I've heard that men gain friends "shoulder to shoulder" and women gain them "face to face", or in other words, men bond by doing things together, less so than chatting. So it might help to find more things to do, whether in career or as hobbies, where there are people with common goals. Also, I will finally say that I think exercise is super important not just for our physical health, but especially for our mental health. People don't exercise enough in our culture. We are supposed to be getting 4-5 days a week of 45 minutes of nearly out of breath activity, along with resistance training. I never felt better than when I was regularly lifting barbells, doing the Stronglifts 5x5 program at the gym. It helps to see continual progress made, and have a plan for when progress stalls. Becoming stronger, metaphorically makes us stronger in every other way. By having good physical and mental health, then we're more "magnetic" or people are more "attracted" to how we seem, and things go more smoothly with them.

You can build good and deep relationships with people that can last even when you struggle. Just don't expect it from casual friends or co-workers/other acquaintances. In general it is smart to improve yourself for your own sake. And do what you want to personally and not do things other people want you to do.

i used to think I failed to connect with people because of my looks and lack of social skills, so I developed them, and became more confident, and better looking (over time obviously, this isn't a 90s' romcom) - and the result was that everyone 'likes' me but that's about it. they'll compliment the way I look, or laugh at the joke I make, or tell me "you're so interesting", "you're so smart", "you're so different" but at the end of the day they're all standing off to the side in their little groups and i'm alone again. i have all the attributes of a social person but i still can't form meaningful connections w/ people! isn't that wild it hurts even more because i look at the people they *do* choose to surround themselves with and they're all half as interesting, or smart, or talented as I am, and yet they're still the ones with the friends. And I know I am coming across as egotistical but that's not true because I genuinely believe I lack something fundamental that makes people want to stay around, something all the others have, and I'm genuinely at my wits' end because I cannot for the life of me figure out what it is. Having this sort of outward persona is just painful. I keep thinking of that one quote that's like "Depression can look like the funniest person in the room." I hope things get better for all of us.

One thing that gave me room to build myself was humour. Humour is so good, not only it deflects anything but makes you not take things seriously. This gave me enough room to develop my hobbies, think and enjoy my solitude. For example, when people say - You are smelly. I reply - Yeah, I am getting my Glutes bigger. But I'd like to end with what you mentioned tiwards the end about good people around. This got me by suprise but despite my nihilistic outlook, I met many pepople who helped me and did not ask anything back. my friend, barely anyone in the comments is saying this. THIS IS HARSH ADVICE BUT IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE YOU MUST TAKE IT. IT'S TOUGH LOVE. you will be shocked at how differently people treat you once you lose weight. ESPECIALLY because you are clearly a good looking guy underneath the fat. that's not a backhanded compliment--THAT IS YOU! you can uncover a handsome guy that people will respond better to. seriously. i promise you that that is the place to start. you are certainly young enough to do this, it isn't too late. don't be too hard on yourself, just make gradual changes--read How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big: Kind of the Story of My Life--or specifically read the section on diet, food, etc. The goal is not to quit eating food you like--that's a misconception. the goal is to replace the food you like with other food you like but that's less bad for you and more filling--like nuts, fruits, steamed veggies seasoned to taste, whatever you actually enjoy. Expensive? if there's a trader joe's near you start subbing with food from there, start drinking diet soda instead of regular, et cetera. genuinely the little changes will add up and improve you. and then, when people's reactions change to you, you can make new friends, improve your social skills and life, and end your loneliness. You really do seem like a beautiful soul, man, good-intentioned and nice. this is the way. people are not so nice, they are largely shallow. all we can do about it is accept it and change what is in our control. good night and good luck

Then I started eating a super clean Mediterranean diet and hitting the gym and I have never felt so good. In my personal experience, the more you show you are in need to approach and make friends you will get the opposite result. I quit caring about having friends years ago and now I only have 2 real friends. And another thing from my personal experience is about loosing weight. Aside from health, the discipline you get through to get a slim body gives you dopamine and self confidence and believe me, you start thinking different and caring less about wether people will like you or not and that's how I met my wife 25 years ago. You are not ugly, actually you would look very good if you were in good shape.

You can be whoever you want. I was 440 lbs. I didn't recognize myself. I've lost almost 200 lbs. I go to the gym consistently and don't make excuses. You can't say you just don't have time. I see the headlines of your videos... Is that who you want to be? The guy making videos about being lonely, and ugly, and black pilled, and ghosted? Thats the energy you're giving out. Again, you can be anyone you want to be. No you can't be Superman, but you can be the guy who doesn't feel lonely, ugly, or ghosted. No excuses. Get off your butt and say enough us enough. Eat 3-5 small meals a day. Go to the gym. Read some self improvement books. Build your self discipline... because that right there will grow your confidence that you can do whatever goal you set to do. That was my road map. I have the greatest dating life now... but I used to he just like you.

I can tell you’re a really nice guy but if you want some advice that will fix a big chunk of your problems , it’s that you need to hit the gym bro. If you feel like people don’t want to be around you it’s because your packing on some extra weight and for some guys that really hurts them because then instead of people seeing you for the nice guy that you are, they see you as kinda creepy. 1-2 years of really hitting the gym hard and I promise you’ll feel a lot less lonely. Comment: You need hypnosis! You need to be programmed again. Second, you need to take up community service. It is there that you will be free, and you will help others who are poor. I also recommend that you also attend Catholic Mass and find Christ God. You need to save your soul. You are A good human being young man. Many people are just angry at life because they don't have 30 million dollars in the bank along with having 3 hot women girlfriends who are always kissing them (referring to frustrated angry men who are not lucky in love with hot chicks). Community service, College, and Church are the way to go young man. We are all picky but if one is not lucky in love with hot chicks then you have to find options when it comes to being happy in life. So that is why you do Community service, attend College/finish College, and you go to Church so God Christ can fill up your soul. Focus on your interior--in having a good heart, and you will get happy. Just follow the 3 C's: College, Community service, and Church (finding Christ God at Mass) Best of luck young man. @@AZrakoon Read my responses. They will always help you. I am not coming back because "MY" messages always bore people but life is always about one working. Keep your mind occupied with work and with church. Not everyone will be married, and not everyone will have a girlfriend due to destiny and chemistry. Hobbies, and helping the poor along with you going to church will take your thoughts off about females. When you least expect it, you then will find someone a good woman, but be prepared, because having a wife or a girlfriend costs money, man. Work for your money, save your money and invest your money, and maybe later if life wants and if God Christ wants then you can take a Russian trip and hopefully destiny and luck will be on your side in finding a very caring woman from abroad, but you need to prepare. Attend Church, make God Christ a priority, take care, kid. June 3, 2024 USA

I had a computer science teacher who was a really great guy who was sort of big and bearish like you. He had a LOT of charisma, like, not even as a high school computer science teacher, just genuinely as a person. I think a lot of it came from his own sort of indifference to how other people reacted to him. He would basically just say whatever he wanted and was a very well liked teacher because of that.
