Hey, you can definitely do this....you don't have to do it all at once, and pace yourself. And please, be more kind to yourself! You had a baby, and for one, everyone's body is different, and secondly, all women react to pregnancy differently. Some gain more weight than others, and for some it's harder to lose the weight they gained. But, you are beautiful inside and out, and I am sure you will look the way you want to look in due time. But, don't put too much pressure on yourself, and please be kind to yourself. :)

Hi sis, I feel your pain, I was overweight after I got injured OTJ and had to lose about 70 lbs in order to go back to work. I did it by just hitting the gym and re-evaluating my eating habits. Wasn't easy but it you want it bad enough, you can and will do it! As you know, our line of work requires us to be healthy and in good shape, for our own safety and also to be able to back up our fellow officers. Please don't give up and let us know how you progress. Get er done girl! 💙

Gaining weight sucks and eating fast food takes away motivation to work out and care for yourself, I get you because I'm there. I normally gain weight and lose it ... then gain it back. I like working nights ( I do security ) but it sucks bc you get hungry and eat a lot of fast food. I currently order a suana jacket and shorts to lose all the night shift weight. I know you will find that push that lose the weight. You got it champ. 👍🏽

I haven't hit 200 hit but I'm currently at my highest weight and I hate it. I don't know how I got this far. I started working nights a month ago too and I'm unintentionally eating four meals a day sometimes because I'm basically still on a day schedule and only sleeping a few hours. I know it's going to get worst.

You can do this! It's normal to gain weight after a pregnancy. In any case you're pretty right now so don't worry about. Just worry about what you think is good for your health and self image 😄

Please don't use that gain weight to define you. Use that as motivation to change your eating habits and working out. I've lost 70 lbs to try to get into academy. So I do understand when you say you felt like you were in the best shape of your life. You have more responsibilities in your life now but that doesn't mean you can't do it. You've done it before, and will do it again. It takes time, be nice to yourself and don't give up.

Please be kind to yourself. I know this is random, but I read an article where they mentioned that individuals who chose to exercise simply to lose weight had a harder time and didn’t lose as much weight as opposed to those who enjoyed fitness. It started to become something more of a balancing act and punishment causing them to feel less motivated and more prone to deterring from their goal. Maybe you can try to shift your perspective a little as best as you can and try to do different activities that doesn’t feel like a chore as well. For example, dancing is a way to help you achieve your goal. It can be a way to exercise your body and stimulate your mind while adding something different to your routine in case you may experience one of those days where you might not be into the usual workout routine. Please take everything one day at a time and stay safe.

You totally have this. Like you said, you've done it before so you'll do it again. Check out another female cop's KZfaq channel - Stefanie Rose. She does a lot of clean eating recipes in her vlogs.
