For the finger ruins, you have to talk to a NPC first that asks you to go there, THEN you can interact with it :)

Make sure you progress all npc quests before going to the shadow keep (the dark and ominous castle in scadu altus). Also the big hole in the cerulean coast area is for an npc quest make sure to find him as well and before you go to the keep. I believe he’s in the gravesite plains area.

You really are my favorite Elden Ring KZfaqr. I was a first-time souls game player when the base game came out, and I only made it through by watching your videos. I love that you are so thorough, since most streamers just want to race to the end, missing so much of the magic.

Hey Gab, there definitely is a cave to the blue area island. I fell down into it.... I was near the dead tree thing, where you have the nightmare enemy (south from the grace). And it is near edge of the coast. Oh and definitely go into the scratchy hole thing

I’ve been watching Gab, Sean, and Charlie (moist) as they each have wildly different play styles: Gab magic with summons, Sean no magic with summons, and Charlie no magic or summons. Everyone should be free to play how they choose, and I think these three embody how accessible FromSoft games actually are (despite complaints to the contrary)

I've read that ranni's dark moon spell has -10% magic negation debuff effects to enemies and if you managed to trigger frostbite, it'll reduce even further by 20%. maybe you can combo it with your twin moon spell for max damage and also, you can duplicate rellana's remembrance to get the sword too

My favorite thing for casters is the night sorcery. The ai doesn't see them and doesn't dodge them

There’s a really cool npc line that happens if you kill both dragons fighting each other before Bayle! You will have to summon the npc in the arena after speaking with him along the road leading up to Bayle after fighting the battling dragons. The summon sign is inside the arena a few steps forward past the fog wall ✨

A few tricks! I haven't watched this yet because I haven't been here so excuse me if you already know. - you can charge your Comet spells by holding the cast button for more dmg but it takes longer to cast, same FP consumption - your physic flask should be used before a "big fight", I haven't seen you use it in the previous 2 videos -if you find a new weapon, you can change the dmg scaling on it at the blacksmith to fit your INT build. Some of the new weapons are fantastic and Moonveil has been nerfed recently. I imagine you have plenty of upgrade materials as well! - to improve quality of life, you can put your FP flask on the quick menu (the menu where you have Tiche and Torrent) so you can avoid switching through HP/FP flasks during a difficult fight Great videos so far! You've found a few things I haven't so thanks! Extra: There is a very good INT sword if your interested, drop down the cliff right beside the grace "Scadu Altus, West" when you get there! There's also a mini castle that most people miss! Looking forwards to watching more! :)

I don't know if someone mentioned it but where the both dragons were fighting theres an NPC that can help you fight Bayle.

the road to the dragon area is so awesome. u get the dying man cursing bayle. then u get invaded by ancient dragon man. when i saw that guy roll up i was elated to see dragon dude from all the dark souls games pay us a visit in a different world. then u fight him again further in the way and get his badass katana.

Note about that penguin-like bird. It could be an auk! No lore reason behind that bird, it's just a cute black and white seabird. And about the pit on the Cerulean coast peninsula, it is safe to drop down but it is locked behind some sort of seal usually around this time in the DLC.

I started to watch the full Elden Ring playtrough because I liked the DLC videos and it's so fun to go from Gab's beginner character struggling with the first bosses to her fully decked out hero here. 😄 Also, interesting to see how much this game seems to scale the enemies up with player progress, really well done imo. I've never been interested in playing any Fromsoft game and I still don't know if I'd actually have it in me to commit all those hours to a fighting game (I'm more of a "peaceful setting" gamer), but damn if this series and Gab's original let's play aren't tempting me towards trying Elden Ring myself one day...

I found a sword hidden in Castle Ensis called Carian Sorcery Sword. It's strong attack is any sorcery that's equipped. Start at Highroad Cross site of grace. Head due west across the river. When you hit land head due south and go behind the teleporter. Drop onto the roof next to the waterfall, and you got yourself a sword that is also a staff. Equip a shield and enjoy.

I've seen a lot about Rellana's Twinblades and it is 100% your kinda weapon. Maybe try it a see how it goes. Edit: You need 16 Faith and you have 15, you also need 13 Strength and you have 12. With a couple of levels you could wield them and their attack power is insane.

My brain really didn't feel like turning left at the top of a certain stairwell. Like I knew where the end goal was because you can see the shinies, but it was still super difficult for some reason.

Also collect that from the finger reader and you’ll feel LIKE A GOD haha. Hope you enjoy those items as much as I have!! PS: rellana’s swords scale primarily with strength and dexterity but once fully upgraded are equally scaled with Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, AND Faith!!

I’m a bit late but I wanted to point out - Tiche is currently bugged (at least I was told it’s a bug) - when her healing debuff wears off (the gray bar on their HP) of enemies, they regain a lot of health. I noticed it during ghost flame dragon. You had him to like 5% and he healed to like 15% .. you almost died too I would have felt so bad! I’ve been seeing people running mimic instead.

The secret dragon boss in Farum Azula Dragon lord Placidusax well both dragons fought each other lore one is missing a leg torn wings and the other some of its heads. You should have gone back watched the two dragons fight. Killed the other one an npc would have been found after the fight. Before going after the big end dragon, you needed to find the dragon sanctuary and talked to the female in the sanctuary then came back to take on Bayle

Also it’s not a big deal, but you’re backstabbing wrong. You actually just have to target them get close behind them and do R1.
