Well, the good thing about your experience is that you were already at rock bottom - the basement. You didn't have to worry about the elevator car doing a freefall there.

is can „freefall“ up😱 because the cabine is lighter then the counterweight evey elevator has.. means when a cable would break, the lift crashed in the roof. there is a video on youtube where a man crashed :(

It can't freefall because it's hydraulic. Not even a traction lift can freefall. On hydraulic lifts, the cabin is attached to a hydraulic piston that is pushed up by hydraulic oil. On traction lifts, the cables are connected to a counterweight which is used to balance the weight of the lift. The counterweight is heavier than the lift cabin itself, meaning that if the brake breaks or gets released, the counterweight will go down, and the cabin will go up, this happens slowly so you don't get crushed by the lift crashing onto the buffer at the pit.

The lights are burned out, NOT because of frame rates. Those lights are old fluorescent tubes, they were probably installed there when the lift was brand new, so they are burned out.
