So I am going to be doing the Race for Life 5K this year in Portsmouth on the 7th of July 2019.
Please help me in donating to raise money for my chosen charity Macmillan.

2 weeks prep 😂 love it! At the end of the day it’s for a great cause and if you run, jog or walk the whole thing, it doesn’t matter, you’ve still done it. Everyone has been effected by cancer in one way or another and the fact you’re doing your bit to help fight it, is fantastic!🥰 Off to donate now! Good luck chuck x

Good for you , I don't know no body who hasn't been affected or known someone who's been effected by Cancer. I did a boxing match for Cancer research for my Gran she is gem.

Great cause Renno you will have no problem jogging the whole way, just try get out for a couple of shortish 2 to 3 mile runs if you can, it will help with the aches afterwards..Lost my Mum at 57 so know exactly how sad it is...done many many Charity runs over the years 5K 10K half and Full Marathon,s..Unable to run due to copd and being an old codger.😊.good luck have fun and enjoy your run...

Thankyou, it's quite difficult for me to run as I have asthma so my lungs feel like they're on fire haha but the more I practice the more I'll build up a tolerence I hope haha should help with my athsma too and yeah it is very sad and that sounds amazing :) well done

Great thing to do :) Especially with your personal experience. & Macmillan are great, they were great with my Grandad. But I wish they were more open with young people is my only complaint with them :)
