Glad to hear you have been able to understand what was causing your problems. Knowing why we feel or do things is half the battle. Well said about the mental health and asking for help/speaking to someone. We often keep it to ourselves thinking we will be a burden to others. Good to hear positive thoughts from you and that you plan to ride again in the Spring. Do do that as it'll be surely therapeutic but you knew that of course. Stay safe and have a great Christmas with Spicy especially with all those terrific-sounding meals!

Haha well funny thing is spicy doesn't actually like Christmas Dinner and I'm not too big on roasts myself lol so we'll probably end up having something unorthodox haha 😂

Brilliant video Reeno, some things hit home. I lost my mum last week, I always felt so guilty I didn't spend enough time with her, but with work, mega busy life, I didn't get to see her as much as I should. But since, I guess I've learnt there's nothing more important than family, I need to make more time for them, which I've started, and since her passing it's probably brought us closer than ever, that's the lesson I've learnt. Despite it all, I still cannot wait for Christmas, we have to make the most of what we have. You sound in a good place, with the love from Spicy & family around, not to mention the plants, there's nothing you can't do. My love to you both, and thank you guys for your content, you've both helped me & resonated with me in aspects of my own life, and I look forward to what the new year brings for you both. Merry Christmas Reeno & Spicy x

That must be very difficult at the moment. I'm glad to hear that despite the passing your family hace bevome stronger and closer because of it. I hope you're able to enjoy Christmas this year and let's hope 2021 is good :) merry Christmas to you as well :) xx

We are all crazy, just at different levels! :-) I'd rather Christmas didn't exist, nothing to do with the pandemic.... When I was in the RN I used to volunteer for Christmas duties just so I could try and avoid it all. 2021 will be aces, because it isn't 2020 :D

@@Reenomeano I am all for having fun, I have just seen so many folk who earn so very little stress themselves out buying gifts they can't afford, and sadly more often than not, gifts that will just be put in a corner once the gifter has left. I love seeing folk happy, but I also hate seeing folk stress over it all. It is too consumer based these days, but I am now apparently too old to make art from pasta and PVC glue :D

@@HippoDrones yeah exactly! That is also what I dislike about Christmas. It should be a time of enjoyment not stress! People and their time is more important than gifts. And haha 😂 you're never too old!

Reeno it has been a long time, get on your bike again soon, i am also in Tier 4, it stinks, because i was hoping to go up North to see my parents and younger brother, who has been a real gem helping my parents out, especially my mum who has been ill. Well i hope you and Spicy enjoy your christmas together. Those little figures you made, would look great as christmas cake decorations. Exercise really does help with anxiety and depression, so an excellent idea keeping fit Reeno. Give the bike a quick turn over once in a while to keep the battery charged.

I will definetly when I get the chance! And hope you're family stay well over Christmas, once things settle down a bit book some time of work and go see them :) but make sure you've been quarentined so no risk of giving them something

@@Reenomeano Where i am living everyone has been advised to have a covid test as soon as possible, mine is booked for monday afternoon, hopefully i will be clear, my neighbour and their children all tested positive for covid, the boyfriend had no symptoms, but still tested positive, unfortunately for the mother of the children after isolating for over 10 days, she thought she was clear of the virus, and went to see her elderly grandfather who she helps out, she infected him.

I am pleased to say my covid results were negative, they were a bit tight fisted with cotton swabs you have to stick the same swab up your nose, that you have had in your mouth, lucky it wasn't the other way around, or i could of been chewing on a bit of my brain, they tell you to put the swab so far up your nose, you can see the swab moving around behind your eye balls when you look in the mirror, to judge the distance, the nurse did tell me to put the swab further down my throat, so it goes past my tonsils, i told her if push it any further down my throat the damm thing will be poking out the back of my boxer shorts.

I tried but then had headaches that lasted 3 days twice! :O hoping to do more gentle workouts in Feb

@@Reenomeano sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll find something that works for you and doesn't leave you in pain afterwards. Have you heard of Veganuary? This month is a month for people to go vegan for January. I'm doing something similar for February. Its called Twerkruary.🤣🤣🤣

No, we had to stop the lessons due to Covid, we've not been able to pick it back up and I've not practiced for a while :S but I am still interested in it and hope to practice more in the new year
