At least united are in a better direction, the problems wont be fixed overnight but if jim ratcliffe can sort out uniteds problems then they can go back to being competitive in england and in europe like they were under ferguson

I just hope most fans will keep that in mind. Many fans are too impatient and want instant results. Just look at this season, ETH managed to get 3rd place and 2 finals in his first year with all the problems there are at the club, and immediately a set of fans expects us to be challenging for the title now. Instead people claim we are in crisis when we are still in reach of top 4 while half our squad has been unavailable for the entire season. How many matches have we been able to field our two first choice CB?

Money alone without a proper structure won't change anything. PSG, Chelsea, etc, are a prime example of that. Behind the scenes, things need to move in the right direction & that include crucial decisions that would benefit the club in the long run.

This is ridiculous. In London, there are three teams capable of winning the trophies. Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal do it all the time. If you go back to history half the league is won by the North West and even having 2 teams in the same city does not cause any problem at all. Look in London or Liverpool City. You can only do so much without a good structure at the club. It's still early, but the few things INEOS have done since aquiring their stake are already 10x better than the Glazers and their cronies have ever done. No one can give a 100% correct prediction of how it'll end up going, but for now things seem be moving into the right direction.

no, we don't want to be like city- or newcastle... oil clubs. United has to come back through its kids- they can't compete with big oil and maintain their strong history without thinking outside the box. Uniteds best chance is getting as many youth team players through as possible..spotting talents abroad that noone properly sees (like rasmus, imo the best striker in the world) and they are doing it brilliantly.
