The big thing with both body positivity, and cosmetic surgery is feeling good about yourself. No you don't want to go overboard one because it's the uniquely different traits each person has that makes them special, and two because of you feel the need to change everything drastically there's an issue with body image or even body dysmorphia and that needs therapy. However if there's something or even a couple things you truly can't stand them cosmetic surgery becomes a form of body positivity. I stand behind whatever someone needs to feel happy in their own skin, and I'm glad you chose to do this for your own happiness.

Just remember to research a great one cause I went with my mom’s friend suggestion and she did a good job on one side and terrible on the other. I’d not do it with her again, nor refer her to anyone.

Not really sure who you are dear, or why this video was recommended to me, but it's very touching. I hate that the way you've been treated by others in the past has caused you to believe that Allah created you anything other than the perfect person you are. I'm sure this was not a hasty or even an easy decision to make. I also have no doubt that you hear often just how beautiful you are, and the man behind the camera clearly fell for you before you shared your insecurities with him so I doubt it was outside pressure.
