Well that came out looking better than I had expected, including the imposing rock at the head of the canyon. Truthfully, I like it better than the pond concept. Plus I would have hated to be the house down below that dam. Anyway, I respect the team you work with. Glad that it turned out a positive for Matt, despite the disappointment & expense he incurred. After seeing the drone footage, it definitely WOULD have been a beautiful spot, but maybe the barn & pool will make up for it. As to the 850 J, that's a hard decision; my 1st reaction was keeping the current one after Clint & crew came through so many times to get it rolling, but on the other hand if he's willing & some deal can be made beneficial to you both go with the new one.
