Apps: a really basic store-bought cheese plate
Brothy Beans
Harissa Chicken Thighs
Pesto Tahini Cucumber Salad
Shredded Iceberg Salad
Buttered Rice
Store-Bought Pita
Dessert: Store-bought Halva and Sliced Sumo Oranges over Date-Sweetened Yogurt

- For the Chicken - all to taste, whisk together harissa, yogurt, balsamic, maple syrup, curry powder, and salt. Marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs at least 1 hour but up to overnight. Broil 15 minutes per side.
- For the Cucumbers - Chop cucumbers and toss with Pesto Tahini Yogurt Dip, Salt, and additional lemon juice to taste. Top with chopped toasted nuts, parsley, shallots, and feta. For the dip - • EASY SNACKS FOR MEAL P...

Lists and writing down step by step menus and when to make make everything less chaotic. Plus, that good old staple, time management. That one is a work in progress that not always is working. You have the best laid back attitude and ideas.

This is a cool video. I really like how much you seem to give yourself grace in saying "I can't/don't want to do that part, I'll get that store bought". I am well known for doing too much and stressing myself out and am working on taking shortcuts and not thinking less of myself bc of that. Most ppl honestly won't even notice or care, and will appreciate all the effort you've already put in.

Loved this video! I love the idea of hosting friends for dinner instead of going out to a crowded restaurant. One thing that gives me confidence is to pick a main that I’ve made before. Trying out a new recipe for a dinner party makes me too nervous.

ahhh it’s my dream to host an awesome dinner party with good friends in my one bedroom apartment 🤣🤣. some wine & goood food. i’d be more of the make everything guy tbh, i love to serve. i’m planning on going to culinary after i get my bachelors so this is my future career and life

I cannot wait to have a space I can host in! My teeny, tiny Japanese studio apartment (under 200 square feet) is crowded when I have one person over 😂. But one day I will live in a space where I can host.

Love this video! Post it’s on serving dishes is a game changer, I always forget and have to re-assess what goes where! 😂 Maybe a video that somewhat watches you/walks through the prep leading up to guest arrival…do adding onto this video just more in depth/in action vs tips/tricks ???

I'd love to know the amounts of chili pepper and honey for the Labne dish you made :) Also - buttered rice? Do you just add like a tablespoon of butter to the rice in the rice cooker? I saw you rinsed the rice first. Did you soak it at all?

that's so rude whoever disliked her text message about dietary things. the person probably thought they were being funny but what if someone actually did have dietary restrictions like being a vegetarian and then felt uncomfortable to say.
