Not necessarily true, she's getting jobs because she's famous, that's basically it. Her fame provides value for the designer and the design, she brings publicity, attention, fans and potentially sales. That's a model's job isn't it? to show off the product. In this world no one cares about effort, hard work or at the end of the day, skills, people care for the end product. If 2 identical items were being sold to you and 1 of them is priced higher because the person that made the product put in more effort which one would you pay for? if the value of the products are the same, most would say the cheaper one. At the end of the day, no one is getting paid for talent, or hard work or effort or anything of that sorts anymore. People care about effectivity, me, you, your grandma, etc. So it's not really fair to say that just because other models are more talented or put in more effort that they should be offered the same or better opportunities than Kendall because at the end of the day, if you were a designer, a modeling agent or even a consumer. In a purely economic and logical standpoint, you would've done the same.

@soobinsfallenhairstrand it’s more than that, modeling is also about portraying the same art style and vision that the stylist in question has in mind. When a model is on the runway it’s more than just selling clothes. If it was only really about just selling clothes than I’m sure modeling would be an easy career for many to get into (like influencers) but it’s not.

Remember how much she hated it when Kim took her to practice walking that time on keeping up with Kardashians and she walked out on them saying she hates runway..... some girls actually have to get a car drive somewhere and figure out how to meet people like that to even train them to walk..... yeah the grind kendull....

the thing is she doesn't even get paid that much😭 anyone in the fashion industry could tell you that runway models are literally paid DUST. many high fashion models have talked about this, and i remember one model even saying that her and the other models that did a show was only paid $500, and this was for a popular luxury brand. that is why a lot of runway models have to live in model houses (apartments where at least 3 models live together) because they can't even afford to pay rent with the money they get from being a model, and that's the sad truth. commercial models and models who do campaigns for luxury brands get paid significantly more then runway models, but still, kendall could post a 5 minute video to youtube and get 3M views and still make more money in a day than she would make in a month as a model. that is, if she gets paid the same as every other hard working model who has been in the industry just as ong as she has, but i wouldn't be surprised if they'd be paying her way more just because of who she is
