To the person who likes the girls personality but not their appearance, it might be because of a change in sexuality. Where your emotionally and romantically straight, bi, pan, etc. but you are physically and sexually ace, demi, gray, etc. It might help looking and exploring these sexuality. I identify as both demisexual and demiromantic but still exploring because there are a myriad of other labels. And both don't happen at the same time. I might gain romantic and emotional feeling for someone but still take awhile to be physically attracted. Don't be discouraged or not pursue her just because you aren't or even never will be physically attracted to someone. You can still have a loving emotional relationship, and even have sx(I spell it that way because I'm afraid of KZfaq). Because even if your not physically or sexually attracted to the person you can still have and enjoy sx. I hope this helps if you see it.
