I tried David Goggins' Daily Routine that he used to lose 106 pounds in less than 3 months in order to get into the military. He is widely known as the toughest man on the planet due to his accomplishments, work ethic, and mindset.
He is someone who has deeply inspired me and millions of others by showing that there is no limit to the human potential as long as you're willing to put the work in and 100% committed to what you're doing.
