10:38 There are definitely a few bugs! In Mercy’s veteran stage, if you die right before the last part you’re forced to burn your ult to get up top, or it’s over. The bots don’t respawn.

You are not supposed to heal the bots right away, you use them as anchors to fly around faster. Her veteran stage is probably the easiest if you are used to maintaining her flight and utilizing her super jump for horizontal boosts. Heal them when you are completely done with a section.

Just a heads up : the ranks are based on OW1 account levels, so if, by miracle, someone completes the course 100% that had a higher OW1 account level than you ; they will take first place away from you!

If they had launched OW2 with all of the heroes having this mode available and the Invasion Story content, and worked from there, yeah. I mean, I'd still want them to do all the skill alteration talents and stuff they promised and roll out more story at least every other pvp season, but current OW2 should've probably been the starting point. @@abhinandhari7812

@@unfortunatedisgrace246 Yeah, I've just checked the VOD. Flats started Veteran Mastery Course on 1:29:00 and got rank 1 at 6:45:17. That means he struggled for about 5 hours and 16 minutes.

Initially when I saw these I thought "oh cool, something I can get stars in. Itll be fun to do this with every characters" Then I spent 6 hours getting 4 stars with Rein on Recruit. So maybe not

@@mattrare4459 Still worth trying to do every so often to see if you can get it, even if top score isn't possible for everyone, I think you could get it with enough effort and time, it just doesn't have to be right away. Keep trying. You may surprise yourself.

@@mattrare4459 i got mercy first 2 max score in an hour, but the last one is terrible, i had to look it up for 5 stars (eskay did the max score and that shit is seriously impressive), so if you are stuck for too long just look it up, or don't, then it feels like good old times with no walkthroughs for every damn thing, good luck

Guys. He was on veteran for I believe six hours. I was in the stream from 11pm UK time to 1:30am. It is the most insane thing I've ever seen and the end was so funny

Honestly love this game mode The heroes released so far are ones I never play so this has been a fun way to *really* get comfortable with their mechanics and positioning. Having to be technically immaculate to get five stars is a great challenge too

I must have lose atleast 2 perfect runs because I missed 50 damage mit also that starting bug of when the boy gets stuck on the shield bot is so infuriating. The only thing that kept me sane through it all was watching your stream so thanks for your sacrifice

I’m already top 500 on 5/6 of the mastery missions I played, it’s a ton of fun but man does it not take long. Seems like good short term content tho 😪

For you it might not take long, but for people who aren't as good or experienced this is hours of fantastic training missions teaching you how to be a better rein/tracer/mercy in a non toxic, self paced lessons disguised as fun content that prys at everyones weak point in video games. Perfecting shit.

There's something so much more relatable and understandable about the skill on display in these runs. Since I'm a noob, watching GM comp play can seem incomprehensible, magical, or even "simple" in my ignorance. Anyways really impressive. Glad the bots at least got you, they wrecked me on Sojourn unless I went too slow, under tier 3 bonus.

Once i realised those last 2 exploders and 2 attack bots were kinda random i stopped trying to route it better, but ill try again now by just following this. I did make so many stupid mistakes though like this 16:07 bot i would always pin to the right and charge cancel it off before the ramps. Looking at it now i have no idea why i would ever do that and slowly walk up to the medal lol
