#hollowknight Hollow Knight is an amazing game, and I've enjoyed making content on it. However, I've slowly been losing interest in the game due to a couple factors, which I go over in this video.

Can’t say I blame you, or anyone, for making so much HOLLOW KNIGHT content since it’s one of the most dense games in recent memory.

I can totally see why you'd lose interest. The game has loads and loads of content, but that still doesn't mean it goes on forever. If you do ever try out mods for it, one I can recommend is Pale Court. It's made in the style of the DLCs released for the game, and fits very well with the rest of the content. I'm excited to see the Terraria boss ranking video!

@@sammiestar2060if you have a pc hollow knight -> "hk" then you can put mods on hk of you have it on pc

@@sammiestar2060it stands for a modification. There are all sorts of mods, from different skins to full blown dlcs. They are created by fans of the game, and are only available on computers

This is a very sad day for a Hollow Knight enjoyer that is subscribed to Wyvrn, but I also lost some interest (and regained it) before. Hopefully, we'll see Silksong soon!

Hey Wyvrn, I discovered you through Hollow Knight, but I was really happy when you started to switch to other games as well, especially Undertale! Anyhow, even if you don't plan to play it, I think you should check out the trailers of Hallownest Vocalized and Pale Court, just to see what they have to offer. I plan to play vocalized once I decide to come back to Hollow Knight.

Same here tbh. I only learned about it a year ago, but i had such a intense obsession that i feel like i’m not too interested anymore… it is mostly because i have 109% and the last challenges i have to face are too above my skill level and makes playing it feel upsetting sometimes… i am actually thinking about trying to make a mod for casual players who want more challenge, as well as giving more fun parts and mix up the map a bit. It’ll probably never happen, but its a fun thought.

I swear we have the EXACT same game taste. I also love the DK, Hollow Knight, Ori, Undertale, Mario and Zelda series. I started playing Hallow Knight a few months before you started making content about it, right around that time you also uploaded content about other games I have played before on the Switch. Then I started playing Undertale 3 weeks ago and guess what happened? You also made content about it! Such a coincidence. It’s one of the main reasons why I like your content and channel as a whole a lot :) Only games you make content about/want to make content about that I have never played are Terraria and Red Dead Redemption but I’ll try them out in a while since we like the same games! Keep up the good work dude!

Hard agree on your comments regarding the community. It can make discussions very demotivating to do. As for this video, you deserve far more than just one beloved game. Your content is great for multiple franchise and I hope you do well.

Idk why I didn’t see this before, but I can completely see what you’re saying. Making a bunch of videos on one game can definitely make the game a lot less fun, especially when a lot of the community can be really toxic. Hopefully it’s not as bad for silksong

I also lost interest 2 years ago, I was burned out on Godhome. Now Im trying for a 112 completion again and its great

i agree with you when you play hollow knight a lot it gets boring but have you tried modded bosses or other mods like the pale court the first ever fanmade dlc and i am 99% sure it will impress you

Like I said in this video, I don't find a whole lot of value in playing mods. Especially when I have already completed the game and I want to move on to other games that I haven't gotten to experience yet. I'm not the type of person that can play the same game for years and years.

Content creator's curse, I get it. Best wishes. Random side note though, just because I always counter anyone I hear use this word: I wish people would stop using the word 'toxic' like this. I wouldn't even mind a harsher word tbh, but toxic seems to get used these days as an excuse for the person talking to be dismissive and not think properly about what they're saying. Note that I'm not this is what you did here personally - I just make a point of discouraging that word whenever I hear it being used to describe another person or people. Say 'pain in the a', say 'annoying', even say 'bunch of ****s'... anything but 'toxic'. It kind of becomes a non-adjective these days, that sometimes says more about the person using it than the person they are describing.

Its an amazing game, however it’s still merely a game. The more you play it, the less you enjoy it. Sadly it’s a constant for every game, but i can’t blame you for getting bored.
