Welcome back. Down in Missoula Montana is Great Homes, a dealer for KIT homes. They currently have in stock this Grand Manor 6009. One of my favorite floor plans. With a large kitchen and smugglers pantry comes 3 bedrooms all at one end of the home. A large utility room and lots of nice upgrades.

I can see why you like this home so much, it's beautiful! Love everything about it, all the carpeting, colors, floorplan and size👍. Only things I would change is full size opening windows in the bathrooms, and eliminate the cabinet in the laundry room to make room for a chest freezer, that then becomes a folding table as well. I’m glad there is space for long dresses in the master closet. Nice to see water heater is not in a closet. Other bedrooms are a decent size. Nice home

The floorplan is great. I love the master closet and the pantry. I would rather have exposed beams throughput. I do not care for the tape and texture method.
