It depends on the day or the mood for me , when I get frustrated with myself and say you haven’t lost that much weight over the last six months why even bother, then that’s when I have something that is way out of my norm and think WHY ? Those tempting items are always here and it doesn’t tempt me , so why now ? And now completely frustrated and angry, and like what is wrong with me!! 🤔 Anyone else have those days ?

Awe hugs. Never underestimate the power of hormones that drive us to eat or have cravings. Even something as simple as an electrolyte imbalance can trigger cravings. Staying well hydrated, getting good sleep, and eating enough protein all help so much.
