Please go on a water fast of 10 days bicarbonate of soda in water along with all the adhkar surah al baqarah etc. Indeed Allah is the curer. So lovely to see you. All fermented foods are excellent for the gut and immune system as they increase good bacteria in the gut. Include Ghee in your diet also. May Allah protect you.
