Not to be a downer but my understanding is with COVID these days sometimes viral load isn't high enough for a positive test until day four or five. Might be worth testing again because your symptoms sound a lot like COVID. Hope you feel better soon!

Yes. All these cases of “mystery illness just like the flu/Covid” make me wonder how many people are testing a few days after symptoms or getting a PCR bc Covid rates are still VERY high

this happened to me! i rapid tested on day 2 and was negative. tested positive at the doctors 2 days later on day 4

Still be careful! I had covid in June and it started with an itchy throat got tested about 5 days later and tested positive. My husband who I was trying my best to quarantine from in our home also got sick and kept testing negative but we are like 90% sure he had it because all his symptoms matched mine.

it might still be covid, sadly, i've had it twice and only tested positive on PCR. but since you did already have it, also, your immune system is probably compromised in general so you might be vulnerable to getting other things - a couple weeks ago i had a six day stomach virus that is totally not normal at all, and i blame my immune system being totally screwed from having covid. i hope you feel better soon!

So sad to hear you’re sick again! To echo some other folks, those are all a lot of the same covid symptoms I had. Body aches was my #1 symptom and it was roughhh. Hope it passes soon ❤❤

One of my friends neighbors used to give us that Japanese gum for Halloween! If you liked it and ever see the melon (honeydew) flavor, I remember it being AMAZING!

When I went to China they had ALL The cool gum flavors!!!! Melon, blueberry and all kinds of other ones. My favorite was the melon. I brought home a TON of gum.

Loved this! As someone from the UK who hasn’t had roses in years, I’ve now got a huge craving to go and buy some. So glad you enjoyed. 👏🏼. The strawberry ones are amazing. I’m not sure if you have Lindt chocolate in America but I highly recommend you trying them! They’re like little round balls of chocolate in wrapping, which totally just melts in your mouth…and you can get different flavours too! Love to you Carrie 💖

The germs are GNARLY this year. My kids have been in and out of school and have missed so many days. I have been sick for literally the last month. One illness with a few day break at thanksgiving straight into a sinus infection from hell that I have now. And I still wear masks everywhere! The kids bring the germs. I hope you feel better soon!

Roses / other various chocolate boxes for christmas is a serious tradition here in Australia too, but a couple years back Roses discontinued some of the best flavours & added gross ones, so I haven't bought them since XD

Hot tip! Get a very damp washcloth and set it on the cutting board when chopping onion. It will soak up all the fumes and save tears!

We do take our Christmas chocolates VERY seriously! 🥰😂 Golden Barrels are my favourites from Roses, but I don’t buy them because they’re not my favourite! My favourites are Celebrations and I feel like they’re the general ‘young people’ choice! ❤️

Australia has “Favourites” chocolates, which is also Cadbury. Very popular over Christmas as an easy gift!! You should try Australian lollies and candy, very similar to UK

Right now target hat is selling cookies and chocolates from marks and spencer. A couple of the sets of cookies come in a metal tin that also lights up and the shortbread cookies in there are delicious.

Hi Carrie I love you!! But also my mom jsut told me about this hack where you put a wet paper towel next to the onion you’re cutting and the toxins from the onion go to the paper towel instead of the water in your eyes! It really works! And also if you cut it right underneath the kitchen vent! Try it next time for poor Drew :(

I love the strawberry dream and orange cream from Rose's!! I like the strawberry and orange ones from Quality Street too! I quite often feel like I am in the minority! I have been known just to get just them from Cadbury pick and mix! 😍🥰❤️ It's more the tubs that makes it Christmas Chocolate! You can get gift boxes of each of the four you mentioned all year round but can only get the tubs at Christmas! Do you guys get Turkish Delight in the US? It is a Christmas treat that I think you should try! Are After 8's a thing in the US?

Cadburys is the best chocolate, but I went vegan 4 years ago and watching this, is pretty grim. Cadbury need to do a vegan version lol the golden barrel and hazelnut in caramel are the best. You can buy bags of your favourite and at 1 time you could buy individual bigger sized ones of your fave xx
