For any new shoe, u can use candle to rub the inside of the back part to help. The other thing is the wooden thing that go inside the shoe to make it season but this wooden thing is hard to get. Candle can be use to rub on zipper part bags and any pants when the zipper is hard to go through too. It help to open n close the zip easy.

When we came out of the store to the car... my son had opened my door, he was like 6-7yrs, this lady stopped in her tracks stared at me and asked..."did he just open your door? " I said "yes, he's been doing it for 2 years, his dad taught him well" She turned to her son, he was older than mine, why don't you open my door". That was really long... sorry.
