Hey Jaleesa. I'm new to your channel and I really dig your videos. Thank you for being so brave. I don't have Tourette's but I'm inspired by you none the less. It definitely takes courage to share your story on such an open medium. Your videos are informative and engaging, and you have a pretty awesome attitude. I appreciate your candor and unabashed honesty about your life experiences. Keep up the good work, and don't worry about needing to "increase quality." Your videos are simple and real, that's the only quality they need. It's just like talking to someone (well, with you doing all of the talking of course, lol). I'm new here (and please don't misunderstand, I'm no creepy stalker type or anything), but you feel like a friend. You're sharing yourself in an open, honest fashion that not many people do these days. It's refreshing. Please don't change your videos (by adding action music, or flashing lights, or any unnecessary gimmicks), just continue being you. I thank you once again. I wish you great blessings. Also, try your best to forgive your fellow church members. God made none of us to be perfect. We humans can be ignorant, petty, and small minded even when we may not want to be. Pray for their growth, and their understanding. It reminds me of a past Pastor's comment about the congregation. He said, "the church is like a hospital for the human soul, and not everyone is as healthy as they could be, but in time many of them will get there." Pardon the lengthy dissertation of a comment. You have this knack of describing my LIFE! The fear of losing control of my body and mind. Not used to changes. Being more self sufficient. Not trusting people and not trusting myself. I'm not trying to be perfect but I am my biggest critic I can't dismiss my mind. Every day I think is this the day I lose control? Just a few seconds ago I dropped and broke my sister glass cup! Sometimes I think I'm NOT cut out for this.Maybe that's why I'm serious all the time. But don't be like me-don't let your own mind gaslight you. Now as for your videos don't feel pressured we the people love them. You are one of the rare KZfaqrs that actually take time and look at and answer each viewer post. It makes you unique. I prefer your style- unfiltered raw non edited videos. It's reality.It's real.It's not made up content it's real issues that you address . It feels like we not looking at you in a video we are talking with and to you which is cool. Don't rush to make a video -we subscribed (that means we are willing to wait). You are worth the wait. Don't even let your mind tell you otherwise. As for the church great that you can feed your spiritual needs in a environment that you can not feel like you have to walk on eggshells in. It'll work itself out.

Jaleesa I really thought I had commented on here before when I saw this video, but it turns out I haven't so I'll do it now! I just wanted to say I really love your videos :) it's so nice having someone to relate to. i hope that with this new wave of youtube activism/awareness raising about Tourettes, that kids growing up with TS now will have lots of role models at their fingertips if/when they need help. i personally know what it was like to grow up with Tourettes with no role models whatsoever, and I know I would have loved to have some, especially role models that actually looked like me (diversity wise). so that's why I'm really happy you're on youtube :) keep staying awesome and fighting the good fight!

I wanted to add that God is always a loving father so you can also talk to him about everything you are concerned with about life, knowing he already knows us you don't have to worry about offending him! I know you're an introvert, but do you know of extroverted people with Tourette's? What sort of people do you get along with most?

A few things I've noticed it takes about a month until we feel more comfortable with something new, I try look at new things as an adventure. Concerning faith I've found best times usually with either one other or just a couple others Jesus said where 2 or 3 were gathered in his name he is there with them, besides with us individually also. God is a relationship not a religion . There is no need to apologize because of tics you are a lovely sincere person.

Also you aren't on KZfaq for money just to purely educate people which is another fantastic reason to keep it up. We understand you have a life outside of making videos. I think you said in a earlier video it (videos) is something to do.So yes we won't be mad.

Jaleesa, I am an atheist. No wonder Christianity is dying. For an establishment that builds its basis on love, understanding and caring, it's a disgrace what it put you through. I do not just respect you but admire your incredible tolerance towards those who would rather spend their time trying to control the lives of others. Live and let live. Kicked out of church? Pastor or congregation must reflect, repent and overcome. Jn1:1 "The word is God" if you can read and understand the word you will get to know God's history and teaching. God is the owner of the heavens and the earth. Pastor is only a vessel. The real leader of the church is God. How can they kick you out?
