Milky Way and Mars are 2 different candy bars. I invite to look up Milky Way and I assure you it has caramel. In the U.S. at least. Your Milky Way looks like our 3 musketeers bar.

The color of that milky way candy bar wrapper is blue with stars all over it but other the color milky way candy bar wrappers are usually brown.
